I really didn't like the NP. She barged into the exam room without knocking. She never introduced herself, I had to ask who she was. She took nothing I said on board, rather , it was all about her opinions. She may be an excellent medic but her manner with people needs work. Everyone else was top notch as usual.
I have been seeing Dr Wen since 2021. I appreciate the patience and time he takes out to educate me with whatever is going on at the time. He is thorough and passionate about the wellbeing of his patients. Anytime I need any type tests performed or requested he is accurate about getting it done. He seems to have passion about the work he does and not just because this is his job. All the nurses there greet you with respect and kind passionate attention.
