So far - feeling good about the upcoming surgery! The wait was long ~ I was there a total of 3 hours. As it was, I had to make my initial appointment 3 months out, no choice. So a lot of waiting. Dr. Brozek explained everything thoroughly with an easy approach. The staff were all friendly which helped get through the long wait times.

Everything went well with the surgery and the surgeon was great. However my appoint was for 10:40 AMI I was prepped timely but didn’t get into the OR until approximately 1:30 PM. It seems unnecessary to arrive that far in advance of the procedure. Also the follow up appointment was for 8:40 AM and I wasn’t seen until 9::30 AM. Others in waiting area were complaining about waiting so long with one person waiting an hour beyond his time.

I have been going to this clinic for years and I have 0 complaints. The staff are professional, friendly, and do their jobs pleasantly. Dr. Pierce is also great she explains everthing she is doing and the reason why.
