I was evaluated by Dr Emily Brill for an Urgent situation with my Eyes which had hospitalized me for several previous days. Dr Brill was extremely Thorough, Knowledgeable, Patient and Kind. She took time to answer ALL my questions which were many due to my apprehension about my condition. I have found the kind of Dr I needed in Dr Brill and already have a follow up scheduled. Office staff and especially Technicians were very professional, competent and friendly.
If I only needed to deal with the doctors, I would have given five stars. My experience is with them has9 been stellar.
However, having to deal with the front office staff is horrible. Honestly, I've never seen more dismal customer service. The staff truly felt to me as if they are very unhappy. That spills over to the customer's attitudes. If I were a doctor there, I would be having a serious conversation with that front office staff and warn them that replacement is always a possibility.
I give this place 1 star because the staff is nice. The doctors however, completely different story. Had to have retinal and cataract surgery at this place. I was supposed to sit and talk with the surgeon about the procedure. NEVER HAPPENED. The day of the surgery they gave me a scan code with the cataract information on it. IT TELLS ME NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT. Not too mention I was told to take a Tylenol for pain after the surgery. I have never wanted to harm myself until then. The follow-up was even worse. The surgeon was rude, physically rough with my eye. He snatched the stitch out of my eye then called me sensitive. My most recent visit was even worse. The surgery was unsuccessful and I personally feel that if the consultation was given, I NEVER would have had the procedure done. The doctors do not listen to what patients are going through. It's all about collecting insurance money. Never felt more disrespected in my life by people who are supposed to make you feel better. I honestly hate this place. Wouldn't advise an enemy to go here. Currently looking for a better facility for my eye care needs.
I love my doctor She was fantastic. I was very comfortable with her. She helped me tremendously. The staff was very friendly helped with whatever problem with situation you may have had with anything from checking in to giving you an appointment very nice and friendly. I attend to continue to keep going to you guys for my eye care thank you
the person doing the initial exam did not explain most things she was doing. I had 2 pairs of glasses with me. She was not pleased when I asked her to check the prescription of those lenses, afterward she was not happy to put the extra pai back into it case and just pushed it my way.
during exam by the Dr. it was very quick and seemed to be as a matter of fact. When he was done I ask if the glasses could be adjusted and he said to see the front desk and they will take care of that. i asked for a copy of the new prescription and again he said to see the front desk.
when I went to the front desk and asked for the copy the person at the front desk was not happy as it wasn't in her system and she had to go look for it, as it was my fault. Then I asked about getting the glasses adjusted and she very quickly told me that could not be done then.
Overall the customer service NEEDS some work!!!
My sister had a cornea transplant and her Dr transferred from LHC,AZ to Scottsdale. She recently had a eye infection. Dr. Champion is the best Dr she's had in 15+yrs. I wasn't looking forward to the 5hr Dr but Campion is a master of his profession so it was worth it
Dr. Adelberg was very nice, taking a look at the dark spot on my left eye. He told me that nothing has changed on my left eye, so everything is fine. John Ramocki
