We had such an exceptional experience at our child’s dentist office! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to help my child feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit, which made such a difference for us as parents.
The team took the time to explain every step of the process to both my child and myself in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand. You can truly tell they care about making children feel safe and confident during their appointments.
The office itself is spotless, modern, and extremely well maintained. All of the equipment appears brand new and state-of-the-art, which gave us even more confidence in the care being provided. Another huge plus was the wait time — we were seen almost immediately, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient.
What stood out most was how genuine and caring the staff are toward the families they serve. It’s clear this office prioritizes not only excellent dental care, but also kindness, patience, and compassion. We are so grateful to have found a dentist office that makes visits such a positive experience for children and parents alike. Highly recommend!
My kiddos love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. It also helps that the parents can go in the back with the children. They also provide free wifi while you wait and clients are taken care of fairly quickly.
They are very friendly. They made my grandson feel very comfortable and like how everyone was friendly and nice. Dr.S was amazing explaining the importance and how the process works. My grandson kept telling his mom and cousin how he enjoyed his visit.
It is always a great experience! My child looks forwards to seeing the dentist. She says she likes it there and that is all that matters to me as a mom. Everyone is always so nice and explains everything and does not do unnecessary procedures.
Lulu referred me to this Dental clinic, m so thankful because this dentist, Nurses & staff were very friendly and professional and worked efficiently. My 4 year old was calm and stayed still for her x- rays and cleaning, she was so happy and excited to see the dentist. I will be bringing my other children here next time. Very satisfied customer.
We've had a great experience at this children's dental office. The entire team is kind, patient, and genuine about making kids feel comfortable. Appointments are well organized, and we're always seen in a timely manner, which is so appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental office.
I’ve taken my children her for a little over 25 years and over all has been a great experience all medical staff and Dentist/Orthodontist have been great. Only bad experience I’ve had in the past 4 years is with the Manager Melissa she is just so rude, not very helpful. She has been short on conversations and needs help with her customer service. Because of her I can’t wait until my son has his braces taken off. Even my children have noticed her rudeness. Thank goodness he only has a couple more months left.
The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful. They took good care of my 6 yr old. They took their time and explained the process, keeping my child calm. Had a great experience. Will be switching my other child over here. I would highly recommend them to any child that needs dental work or any type of services.
