Dr. Neiner is truly an exceptional dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt cared for, respected, and completely at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed.
His surgical skill and attention to detail are outstanding. You can tell he genuinely cares not only about treating the condition correctly, but also about achieving the best possible cosmetic outcome. The entire process was smooth, professional, and far less stressful because of his calm and reassuring bedside manner. I also had an amazing cosmetic outcome. You can barely see my scar, unless I point it out.
It’s rare to find a physician who is this talented, compassionate, and dedicated to patient care. I would recommend Dr. Neiner to anyone without hesitation. Five stars absolutely deserved. Thank you Dr. Neiner.
Kim Dees is fantastic! I’m one of the ones who unfortunately is super sensitive to XERF and feels absolutely everything-probably just being a redhead. Kim listens and really works to make you feel as comfortable as possible. She even gave me a cryo hose to blow on my hands (which helped tremendously!). It was definitely tolerable and the results are so worth it! Thank you, Kim!!!
Very nice place with a cosmetic emphasis. Especially appreciative of the use of the cold nitrogen. I got an appointment within a very reasonable time and had no wait in the office. I believe I have found my permanent sermon thank you.
Excellent staff at reception and escorting to the treatment room. No vital signs were recorded or made, and the provider quickly made the assessment that no treatment was required. The provider was in a hurry and did very minimal exam without checking the scalp or under the cover-up provided. His interest in this case, me, was limited and he quickly left and went onto his other duties. He was friendly and professional but not very complete with his exam.
This was my first time meeting Dr. Neiner who performed my MOHS Surgery for Squamis Cell Carcinoma on my nose. Dr. Neiner was patient, so very nice, and talked to me about everything going on in the procedure what he was doing if I had any questons and if i had a choice of what I wanted he listened to my opinion just made me feel so very comfortable and eased my anxiety while I was there. He has a very good bedside manner and I'm very glad to have gone to this clinic. The staff was so awesome, kind and helpful along with being so reassuring.
The process is very efficient and I’ve never had to wait to be seen. That is very unusual for a Dr’s office and much appreciated. Dr Neiner and staff are always very nice and thorough. I highly recommend
Dr. Neiner and his team are excellent! I drive 3 hours and would not consider finding another doctor…he is the best! And has a great sense of humor! The whole office is efficient, helpful and goes out of their way to help. I have complete confidence in his surgery skills.
