I am impressed on how fast I was able to be seen by a dermatologist - I had an urgent matter - Dr. McKenzie was very attentive, caring, and most importantly, she listened to all my concerns without rushing me. Her treatment worked within less than 12 hours. I could not be more grateful. Staff is welcoming and caring. I am very happy to find a "home" for my dermatological needs.

I have been coming to this location for years. I moved out of state, and I fly in to see the Dermatologist, Dr. Coleman. He is the most caring, wonderful man. He is the best and he really cares about the patients. I can't say enough about him. The office staff is wonderful as well especially Kendra, I just love her as I have known her as long as I have been coming to see Dr. Coleman, she is so kind and helpful. Sadly , my Doctor of over 30 years , Dr. Coleman is retiring. I saw Dr. Navi the other day for a skin check. I was 2 years past due. He was prompt and saw me right at my appointment time. He immediately saw a mark on my face & identified it. And told how he can remove it . We spoke a little about some other issues I had . But then it felt rushed .Dr. Navi even said out loud he had to go to the next patient , then he did my skin check like 1-2-3 —so fast . It was like “ let’s get on with this “ Dr Coleman was methodical and thorough when he checked my body, sat with me, gave me samples relating to issues I may be having . Drove 40 minutes away because otp they said my appointment would be with Dr Navi in Glendale , the day of I got a confirmation saying it is in Northridge, i got there and was seen for about 20 seconds by the Dr he said the cyst is normal When my doctor wanted it removed! Then had to drive 45 minutes back home ! Wonderful , now I will be seeing a different Dermatologist soon .
