Your technician was wonderful. Professional, respectful, and efficient! She did a wonderful job and I appreciated the care. Your front desk customer service needs work. The two individuals on 01-May-26 did little to make patients feel welcomed. A smile, a thank you and personable interactions make health check ups a little less daunting and are very much appreciated.

My experience with the online portal was frustrating. I repeatedly received text messages asking me to schedule my MRI online. However, when I accessed the portal, it required information from my doctor’s order that I did not have. My doctor’s office sent the order directly to your facility, so I don’t know what type of MRI was ordered or the reason for it. That information should already be available to your office based on the physician’s referral. Additionally, I completed the required forms online, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to complete the same forms again, making the online process feel unnecessary. Two days before my appointment, I received another text instructing me to access the portal to prepare for my visit. When I followed the link, I was prompted to create an account, but my email address was already registered. There was no option to log in, so I was unable to access the portal or complete any pre-appointment steps. Although there was a link with general MRI preparation instructions, it wasn’t helpful because I didn’t know which type of MRI my doctor had ordered. Overall, the online portal was confusing, duplicated work, and did not provide the information or functionality needed to prepare for my appointment.

James survived the procedure except for one thing, the needle was extremely painful in his arm. he almost pulled it out because it hurt so much, but James is a tough guy and kept quiet. The MRI was tolerable. He's 96 and I don't expect him to ever return. Gil Reyes

I went to SimonMed imaging feeling quite anxious and worried. My technician had me relaxed and at ease before he had even started. It was a short wait in the lobby and everyone there was pleasant. The whole thing was quick and pleasant. Thank you SimonMed

I was running crazy late and they were so nice. It was early so just front desk but the next appointment dropped off and they slotted me in. I was in and out. Awesome staff, I wish I got her name. The tech Thomas was great too. My first time at this location and will be selecting this if I ever need to return.

They were running very behind and did not communicate that. It would have been fine if they would have let us know, but an over 45 minute wait past my appointment time when I was already 20 minutes early (as instructed) is unprofessional. It was a very rushed process with very little instruction or care. The MRI technician asked me to walk on my broken ankle, even though there was an MRI wheelchair a few steps away. I was using a mobility aid the whole time I was there, I’m not sure why they thought I wouldn’t need a wheelchair into the MRI (since my mobility aid was metal). Not to mention the issues with scheduling, which wasn’t this specific clinics fault. But overall just a horrible experience for someone already in pain.

Front desk immediately acknowledged me. Got me checked in quickly. Wait time for my appointment was minimal. Young lady that took me back fully explained the MRI experience. MRI was about 20 minutes.

Another awesome experience at SimonMed! I went in for my abdominal ultrasound, I already did paperwork online so they were already ready for me. I zipped in and zipped out within 20 minutes and I had the first open spot in the parking garage! ;) The ultrasound tech (I wish I could remember his name) was super friendly and professional!
