The mammogram technician was so wonderful. Funny, made me feel comfortable. The front desk ladies were very rude. Not pleasant at all. Don't expect a courteous hi or hello or any acknowledgment you are standing there. You stand there awhile before they acknowledge you. If you ask a question it’s way too much for them to answer. The lady prior to me asked a question when they did answer as she walked away they were openly talking about her as I am standing there. I had to inquire about time and the length of tests if they were running on schedule explaining not to charge me I did not think I had the time to do it. She charges me for what I thought was the mammogram test and it was for the original heart test I explained I didn’t believe I had time for. Would only go back for the technician she was great. The lady in the back that calls your name directs you to the room was great too. These two at the front desk need replaced there has to be nicer people you want representing your company especially if your experiencing issues and worried having to be there already on edge.

I appreciate the male tech who started my IV and completed my MRI test at this facility. Very personable and professional. I had a difficult morning at SIMON MED PEORIA (N 94th Dr) where the female tech was the only one and could not start my IV, which left me at a huge inconvenience and in a position to hold up my care. **SIMON MED management needs to ensure their BEST techs are at stand alone facilities for the patient's sake and well-being if they insist on this 3 stick max policy with no backup plan.** Thankfully, they went ahead and took care of me at this Phoenix location, as one should when a patient's care matters. Hoping the best for other patients coming after me.

My first biopsy was not something that I was looking forward to doing, but the lovely young lady that did my ultrasound before and during the procedure was a Godsend. She was kind, funny and so thoughtful and gentle. I really appreciate the care she gave me. The Dr doing the procedure was wonderful as well. It made the entire experience less stressful and frightening. Thank you both and God bless you.

Arrived 1/2 hour before appointment time, as told the day before. Registration took 60 seconds because I had filled out forms online. Waited almost one hour (1/2 hour after appointment time) to be taken to change clothes for MRI. Waited another 25 minutes for actual test, which took a reasonable 40 min. No explanation for the delay. No prior description of what the test would entail, other than what not to wear. It would have been very helpful to be provided a link to what to expect during an MRI.

I've ALWAYS, ALWAYS loved Simon Med! WHY are docs turning to SMIL?! SMIL couldn't get me in on a STAT Order for almost "2" weeks. I had Stage 4 Ovarian, this was VERY important. Called Simon Med Friday, they got me in the following MONDAY! Go figure!!! Yeah SM's machines may not be BRAND new, BUT they're still giving EXCELLENT results! ♥️♥️SIMON MED♥️♥️

This place has to be the most unorganized place on earth. You check in then wait. You fill out paperwork then wait. You then get told to go across the hall to another room and wait some more. They never can tell you how long it’s going to be. Yet they only allow xray’s to be a walk in. If people are waiting 30,45 minutes or an hour. Maybe SimonMed should start to schedule X-ray’s. Because you are wasting allot of people’s time. You post the same damn reply to every person about their Survey. Instead of apologizing, you just send this generic response. No wonder it’s so bad there. If this is the response you get from management

I had to go to 3 different imaging sites to get a low back hip X-ray. As a person who deals with chronic pain- this is a horrible experience. 2 other clients had the same experience. Then when I got to where they had a qualified tech- I waited 2-1/2 hours in uncomfortable chairs for 10 minutes of X-rays. The only redeeming factor was the delightful tech at the 3rds st and Virginia site. She was joyful, handled herself professionally even though she was the only one handling an extremely difficult situation.

Adam was my tech and he was great!! He made me feel safe and comfortable. He is competent, courteous and professional! The ladies in front could use some customer service training. No smiles, cold and nicer to some than others which I observed as I waited for my appointment.
