The front desk staff are very warm and reassuring. They acknowledge your presence and addresses you by your name.
The technical team explains each step of the examination that they carry out on you.
They respond to questions you ask about your health in a manner that says, "you have a right to ask "
The doctor is patient and he spends time with you going over your results and he genuinely listens to your concerns.
One draw-back is the size of the facility. It's too small and becomes very clustered when there are wheel-chair patients. The overall atmosphere otherwise is pleasing, and the facility is always clean.
Dr. Gelnick and his assistant were very warm and welcoming. My aunt was quite nervous and the young lady was very reassuring and kind while we waited for the doctor. Dr. Gelnick was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We recommend this Dr
The experience was very good. The staff is friendly. The technician was very thorough and made sure to show you that everything was cleaned after each patient and again before using it again. Dr. Patel was knowledgeable and kind. She even went the extra mile and checked with the pharmacy that the eye drops were in stock. I would definitely recommend.
Dr Gelnick is just not a great doctor. He’s a great guy!! Knows what he’s doing. I’m seeing better. And we already know how wonderful the staff are!!! 6 stars 🙏
What’s the point of having a set appointment (1:30PM) & was informed it’s not allowed to show up early. Turns out I’m still here 3PM+ hours ridiculous. You’re not allowed to step out & return. I also don’t appreciate comments from other workers “2 more people won’t take long” you’re wrong took more than 30+ minutes. Barely accessible internet. Most staff are kind. If you have all the time in the world this is the place for you.
I popped in one morning without an appointment, a bit unsure if I’d get to see a doctor, but guess what? I did! They gave me a thorough exam and took such great care of me. I think I’ve found my new go-to eye doctor for now, all thanks to everyone’s wonderful service, from the front desk to the technicians and the doctor. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Dr Chandra and the staff at Sight MD Brooklyn are excellent! They are professional, personable and knowledgeable about all levels of eye disease and how to treat it. They take the time to answer questions and explain the procedures they perform in a way you understand. They really care about you as a person and I have happily referred 3 people to Sight MD!
Wonderful staff, extremely helpful and pleasant. I told them I had to be finished in an hour and they went out of their way to make it happen. Dr Patel was very sweet, she explained everything so clearly at the end.
