I’ve been having issues with my rosacea my entire life. Some doctors wouldn’t even tell me that it was rosacea until I was an adult, and I started seeking my own information. I had been going to a different dermatologist that was providing medication for flareups instead of getting to the problem. I came here and I was immediately diagnosed with rosacea type an and type B as well as educated about the rosacea. There is a major difference in how they approach the situation and they wanted to get down to the core of the problem and not just cleared it up for me for a few days. The new medication that I’ve been on cleared The adult acne that comes along with the rosacea within a week. My insurance would not cover the 1% medication and I was being charged $2000 so when I called to ask if we can get it changed to a .75% medication it was changed with within within 30 seconds. My pharmacy had the update within the minute. I have never worked with a doctor that has solutions immediately. I was in and out for my initial appointment within 15 minutes. I had a follow up to make sure that the medication was working for me and I was in and out within 10 mins. They get straight to the point they make sure that you do not wait and they make sure that the problem is fixed and not just covered up. The doctor also discussed options for covering up the redness without breaking the bank and if I would have been here since I turned 18 I would have had a completely different adult life because this is something that nobody else has been able to help me with. I’m glad that I’ve been able to go now because it’s never too late to feel confident and not that I wasn’t confident with my rosacea, but during flareups it was painful. I recommend this office and Dr. Levine to everybody. The ladies at the front desk are quick and friendly, and the ladies in the back are amazing with how they approach their questions without making you feel bad or embarrassed. I know it seems like I’m being dramatic, but this is A problem I’ve been dealing with my entire life And now after 31 years It is finally resolved! I am sharing photos that show only a difference of one week With the lower dose. I can’t wait to see the difference with the months to come as well as the face photo procedure that I will be completing. Keep in mind in the first picture the bumps are actually like 3-D. I’m not sure how to explain it but in the second picture, it’s just flat even though it looks like it’s bumpy. To all of my rosacea baddies, Do not hesitate to come here I promise you that it’s worth it!

The bus #41 stop is immediately in front of the business parking lot. - The esthetics are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! As a low income patient I thought I was in the wrong place! Upon entering the facility the front desk holds three receptionist behind. The receptionist acknowledges you immediately upon stepping in. They're serious, professional but friendly. As a new patient they highlighted all signing areas. They allowed me time to complete the paperwork without rushing me to the back before. Wait time after completing paperwork was five minutes. -I asked to used the restroom which was in the waiting room. Clean restroom and they had the good quality toilet paper! - Entering the back waiting room the assistant was very through and soft spoken. She was very personable. Her questions stayed within the scope of my appointment. I expressed embarrassment & shame of the appearance in my situation. The assistant reassured me and eased my comfort level. She kept the conversation brief as to get my information to the Doctor quickly. Yet, she was very genuine and not just checking the box. ---- I was seen by Doctor Alexis Boschi! AMAZING! As a patient with severe trauma, ptsd, paranoia and high anxiety. Doctor Alexis came in approximately 6-7 minutes after the assistant left. She was very smooth with her conversation and the next thing I know she already completed the full visual scope of my body. She explained what I had, explained my options, and allowed me to make my own decisions. It was refreshing to have her be honest & direct of the pain levels of freezing. FREE STUFF! Leaving I was loaded up with creams to get me started on my new journey of my health condition. I was in and out very quickly! Upon leaving there was one receptionist near the exit. BEAUTIFUL JOB! Regardless, of your condition, looks or income status they treat EVERYONE like RICH PERSON!
