I had an excellent experience today at Pinnacle Dermatology. From the moment I walked in, Alessia at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and very professional. She made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for the entire visit.
Maria, the medical assistant, was equally wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
Tara Becher, PA-C, was truly outstanding. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Her compassionate approach made me feel confident that I was in excellent hands.
The entire team worked together seamlessly, and their professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology to anyone looking for exceptional dermatologic care. Thank you all for such a positive experience!
I had a great experience during my visit to Pinnacle Dermatology. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire team made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.
Although I waited about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, the quality of care I received made up for the delay. Jolisa (I am not sure of her name)- the assistant was very friendly and made fun that she was mean because of the anesthesia. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Tara was very kind, professional, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel at ease during my visit.
Overall, I am very pleased with the care and service I received and would highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology. Thank you to Dr. Tara and the entire staff for providing such a positive experience.
Let me start by saying the care received was outstanding, the doctors and nurses were wonderful at the Alma School Office. With that said the administration / operation of the business leaves a lot to be desired. Let's Start with making my first appointment, options are online or call. Call me old fashion but I like to talk to people when scheduling an appointment however, this option is all automated with no availability to speak to a person. Next, due to circumstances beyond my control I needed to reschedule my appointment, called again no option to speak to a person. Followed the prompts for rescheduling ended up in a loop with no way to reschedule my appt ended up canceling all together and making a new appointment. As I stated above the appointment was fine, waited a bit longer to see the doctor than I would have liked (30mins) but when I did see her she was attentive and did not push me through the appointment. Now on to the billing department. I spent 3 hours and 38 mins on hold. Started as 9 in the que gave up when reached 3 and it was 6:23 PM. Requested a call back through the press 1 feature. I have no confidence I will get a call back. Regardless of the quality of care I received their customer service or lack of at this point is less than 3 but didn't want ding the medical staff. I am all for technology, streaming processes and reducing waste but not at the cost of customer service.
Updated 6/5 : Did receive a call back the next day at 5AM IN THE MORNING, went to voice mail obviously. Called back again 16 in the que got frustrated and hung up. Called back later in the day was 9 in que, chose a call back. Again the next Day at 5AM!!! Called back was 1 in que decided to wait, after 30mins opted for the call back. This time no call back. Finally today called and someone actually picked up. She was pleasant and helpful. My issue was resolved quickly. Not sure why the hold times have been 3 plus hours. I did mention to her the call back times and they needed to be more aware of the time zones. She stated it was an auto dial not a person. Once again when advancement in technology is not the most ideal thing or well thought out. I will reiterate once you are able to speak to a person the service is wonderful however, it should not be a full time job to get to that point.
I have been coming here for for years to treat a specific pre-cancerous spot on my lip. I am so pleased with this practice that I now pay out-of-pocket as my current insurance does not have them in network. They Are the best in the East Valley in my personal opinion and I highly recommend.
Very easy to schedule appointments online. The front office is very friendly and helpful, as well as the nurse assisting. I saw Dr West, who was absolutely wonderful. He was thorough and took the time to listen to issues I was having. He provided options and really explained everything simply. I would highly recommend them.
I had a very brief first visit so I can't really off a experienced review. I will volunteer that the staff was friendly and professional. I visited with the nurse and PA who were upbeat and helpful. I will be able to better assess after my next visit.
Tara was wonderful! She was thorough, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable during my full-body skin check. She took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her friendly and caring demeanor made what could have been a stressful appointment a very positive experience.

The office is bright, vibrant and decorative. I was pleasantly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the ease & quickness of the entire visit.

The nurse practitioner I saw was great. She listened to all my symptoms & offered helpful solutions. I enjoyed her bedside manner & look forward to working with her to correct my skin issues.
