After receiving my bill and speaking with multiple people I do have to change my review to warn people, especially thise who have never visited this location before. Basically, there is a $315 charge for New patients to become established here that I was not notified of. I think this must be since becoming a part of "wellnow," because none of the other physicians immediate care of facilities I have ever visited before charged me more than a copay. (Despite being a New patient at each New facility.) My insurance paid nothing but the adjusted amount of $202 was billed to my deductible.
I chose this location because I needed pain relief, and my partner had received excellent care here a year or so ago. I still believe I received excellent care and staff that cared for me have no control over billing. This is why I'm only dropping by rating to a 3 - excellent care, but I do feel I got scammed by the corporate aspect of this facility.

They had many appointment times available so I was able to see someone for my injury as soon as possible. The registration process was easy, staff were kind and helpful. (One nurse even helped me get my jacket back on) The PA who saw me used language that was at my level of understanding and I felt cared for. Feeling better and better after my visit. Thank you!

Me with the X-rays and what to use for my back pain. She even said she wanted to see me next week if I didn’t feel any better. The whole were professional and friendly. I am glad I went there for my back. Thank you for being there when I sided someone when I needed someone. And I didn’t have to wait.
It was my first time taking my daughter in on an emergency basis. Since we walked in we were treated with respect and care. The doctor was very helpful as well as the xray technician and the receptionist. I am glad I went to this location. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
The entire experience at Physicians Immediate Care was unexpectedly wonderful. The receptionist was very pleasant and I was waited on in a timely manner. The medical staff and doctor were all very professional and friendly. They even calm me from my fears and the whole experience was very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this facility to anyone in need. Thank you so much ❣️
As soon as we walked into Physicians Immediate Care, near closing time, we were politely greeted by the receptionist who made sure the technician was still available to take an x-ray. She proceeded to assist with the registration process and was very friendly and patient throughout the experience. Everybody else who followed was very kind, patient and informative. The nuse who took the vitals explained what was being done and got us prepared for the doctor. The doctor came in, treated the patient, and explained the next steps throughout the appointment and after-care. This was done in a kind, relatable manner in layman's terms while answering questions, as needed. The technician who stayed to take the x-rays was so very kind, was careful with the patient, and made me feel at ease. This is how customer service should be. I had such a wonderful experience at this Physicians Immediate Care location that I will go to this one instead of the one I normally go to. Thank you all who assisted us that night.
I highly recommend this place! Not only are they really nice but they are really accessible to walk in or make an appointment. My 4 year old son was complaining of ear pain while we were on the park, any parent knows that if taken to the ER it will take at least 4 hours to be seen and prescribed. In this urgent care you are max. 40 mins in and out and I love it!!! The doctor and staff were really nice to my son, the doctor went straight to the point, assessed my son and prescribed the antibiotics he needed. Once we were done and leaving they gave my son the choice to pick a toy and stickers which makes the whole process a good experience for my son. Thank you for everything you guys do in this urgent care it is much appreciated.
My daughter Amelia 2.5 years old had a cough that appeared to be getting worse. I took her to see Dr. Thomas at Physicians Immediate Care, as they had an early appointment available online same day. Check-in was easy to do online and we arrived early and were seen early. She was apprehensive to be examined, but the nurse and doctor were very kind and examined Jerry first (pictured), which helped ease her anxiety. Dr. Thomas found a budding ear infection and we were in/out quickly with a prescription for antibiotics.
Since the visit, she has requested to listen to Cocomelon Doctor Checkup Song every time she gets to play DJ in the car, so I am assuming she enjoyed her visit to see Dr. Thomas.
The WellNow billing aspect of this center is terrible. Overcharging of items with no financial assistance option. Only to spread out high costs over a mere 2 months. The billing call center was no help and said that there is no other option. I offered what I could pay that day, and they said fine but you'll still have the remaining balance due in the next statement.
Don't accept any physical items in treatment that you can get literally 10x cheaper at a local retail store.
