I had a wonderful experience. PA Carly Eakin was so sweet, informative and thorough with all my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated her especially in a time where I was in physical pain. She made sure I knew what to do to take care of myself and I really appreciate her. Checking was smooth thank you to the front desk ladies for making it such a pleasant experience. Check out and making my follow up appointment was even smoother. I really appreciate the team here. Thank you so much.
This was our first visit to your facility. I can't say how nice everyone was. From being greeted at reception to the manager Anthony who introduced himself, to the nurse Raina took my vitals, and then Carly was just so helpful. She explained everything in easy to understand terms. You certainly have distinguished yourself amongst other urgent cares I have visited. You're the one good thing about having our insurance change that I'm happy about!
Nice staff all around. It was pretty busy, but they seems to move through patients efficiently. I liked the reservation system, though I saw several people walk in without reservations and get turned away, which doesn’t seem quite right for an urgent care. The were told to scan a QR code on the wall and make a reservation.
Smacked my foot really hard and needed to see if severely bruised tire was broken so scheduled an appointment for the morning. Easy to schedule and photograph license and insurance card as well as fill in forms. Received frequent text and email reminders. Arrived a bit early for appointment but lucky me, no wait. Immediately triaged and seen. X-ray tech was at a different clinic but en route and I was told it would be a 10-15 min wait. He served earlier than that, came in right away, set me up for 3 views and was done in under 5 minutes. Results in another 5. No break (yay !) and I was offered a couple options for immobilization, pain management and what to expect. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, collaborative. I was back home, door to door, in an hour. Definitely recommend, although it cutie give wise if no Xray tech available for longer.
Everyone was so very wonderful to my daughter who had fallen and hurt her arm! Physician Carly was amazing! Luckily no broken bones! Thank you to all who helped in the process! I can't recommend them enough! Thanks again!!
Everyone was extremely professional and the wait time was reasonable for a walk-in visit. Doctor was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue correctly. Spent adequate time with us and provided the proper treatment.
I was genuinely impressed by the friendliness, cleanliness, expertise, and efficiency of this urgent care facility. I came in with a finger injury, and within minutes a doctor evaluated me, confirmed the diagnosis with X-rays, fitted me with a splint, and provided a referral for follow-up care. The entire process was seamless and well-coordinated. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
BethanyA was one of the worst humans that I’ve ever had to deal. As well as whoever her supervisor was at the time of 335 on July 1. regardless of how much pain I was in due to my accident, they wouldn’t see me without a payment of $175 first due to it via motorcycle, which I didn’t get into a crash with another another motorcycle so insurance is not involved so that has nothing to do with their policy that they claim that if Bike insurance is involved, they won’t treat patients. They kept me on hold for over 30 minutes, wasting my time going back in for a cigarette about this and while doing so giving me extreme attitude, making me feel horrible about myself. Seriously, horrible patient care will never be seen here. So grateful I called before spending any amount of money with these people truly evil human.
