Patrick & his team were punctual, Patrick was familiar with my chart & the procedures that were previously done, he was able to quickly addressed my concerns for today's visit, he educated me about my condition & gladly walked my through today's procedure, his work is always precise & accurate!!!! Throughout today's entire visit
Patrick & his team consistently promoted courtesy & clearly exhibited both kindness & friendliness, also Jaquelyn at the front desk is very professional & thorough, she also promotes courtesy consistently!!!
Reflecting the above mentioned, I will always recommend Phoenix Skin whenever the opportunity arises, Thanks Philip.
My experience was obviously a one-off based on other reviews but nonetheless:
I came for an evaluation after women's health, my PCP and another dermatologist said they couldn't do anything for a boil I had in a delicate place, my butt. My evaluation with Phoenix Skin went fine but it was an additional 6-8 weeks out to get in with a surgeon. Fine. At least someone will finally deal with the thing. Unfortunately, by the time I had the surgical appointment it had ruptured. I did 8 weeks of antibiotics and bi-weekly cortisone shots to have Dr. Madden tell me she didn't recommend surgery because of how difficult the area was. She continued to give injections and I continued to keep the area covered until my skin became so aggravated from bandages I couldn't wear them anymore. Her treatment plan was nothing. Just hope it heals
It never did. I'm only leaving a review because after my insurance wisely dropped Phoenix Skin, I went for another follow up because it was inflamed and STILL there after a year and Madden essentially told me I needed surgery which, frustratingly, is why I chose this place to begin with. For surgery. That they didn't want to do. And after billing hundreds of dollars to my insurance for nothing, they sent me a bill for $90 for doing nothing again because she didn't even send the referral out for an actual surgeon.
Take it for what you will, but I hate you guys. I hope you all end up with boils.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Madden at Phoenix Skin. She was incredibly kind, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. I never felt rushed, and she thoughtfully answered my questions and explained everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find a provider who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Dr. Madden and the team at Phoenix Skin!
Very clean and welcoming. Staff were all very kind, polite and helpful. Practitioners answered all my concerns and gave my son a plan for his skincare needs to met and monitored. Overall great care and service. Will definitely be taking my skincare needs here as well.
The wait was quick, staff were friendly, and I was able to receive the care I needed in a streamlined manner - no time was wasted! I received a consultation and treatment all in the same visit, which I wasn’t expecting. Both the nurse and provider who cared for me demonstrated competency in what they were doing and kindly explained every step of the process to me. All in all, a wonderful experience!
Efficient and fast but they missed the infection on my mom's leg after her Mohs surgery to remove the cancer. It turned into a serious issue, she fell, was hospitalized, and 4 months later has never fully recovered. I blame this office. Sometimes fast isn't what you want in elder care. Be careful. Be proactive. These people are working stiffs and moving fast. We changed dermatologists.
Phoenix Skin was AMAZING this morning with daughter. The entire experience was fast, easy, and stress free. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable the whole time. We were honestly in and out before we knew it. We are so grateful for how friendly and efficient everyone was. Highly recommend Phoenix Skin if you’re looking for great care and a wonderful team.
Visit was great. My rating is because I reached out to Phoenix skin to request another refill for medication as I ran out. They refused to dispense another refill and requested for me to come in just to get the same medication prescribed again…... $40 later for the exact same medication……. Listen to your customers because I went through a week without it and just wasted time.
