Highly recommend PHD for any orthodontic work! The entire staff is incredibly nice and they truly make sure you leave happy and smiling with your results. Plus, they have an arcade inside to play while you wait, and the office is always neat and organized. My braces worked so fast—my gaps closed in just a year, and now I’m already on retainers! They also fixed my gum line to look perfect. Thank you to the amazing PHD team, you guys are the best and I really appreciate you!
Best office in Boyle Heights! Dr. David helped me out with my exam and cleaning. He’s one of the sickest doctors in the office! 😎 The receptionist and back staff are really nice too! Kimberly helps you out with payment plans and gives you affordable prices. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable through out my appointment. If you’re looking for a new office please come to PHD Dental. They never disappoint! :)
PH Dental has been such a blessing for our family. Joeleen receives her dental and ortho care here, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. The office is always very clean, and the lobby is simple yet inviting, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. They are so accommodating with time and have never made me feel bad about having to cancel or reschedule—life happens, and they get it. Their pricing is great, and they’ve been extremely flexible and supportive when it comes to payments and payment plans. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares. We’re so grateful to have found them!
My experience at this dental office was excellent. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Kimberly was especially helpful, she took the time to clearly explain all of my procedures and follow-up care, ensuring I fully understood everything and felt at ease.
I also want to recognize the gentleman who assisted me with my night guard. He was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle throughout the process, which made a big difference in my overall comfort during the procedure.

Avoid this office!!!!!!!! My experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end. We were given expectations that were never met, communication was terrible, and we left feeling misled and completely disappointed. The procedure wasn't even completed, leaving us frustrated and wondering why we were told to expect something different.
The worst part is that I actually referred a coworker here because I trusted this office. Now I'm embarrassed that I did. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Looking at all the five-star reviews after what we experienced is honestly hard to believe. Our experience was nothing like what those reviews describe. If you're looking for honest communication and a dental office that values your trust, I'd look elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience with PHD Dental they did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth extractions. I got 4 of them pulled out at once didn’t feel no pain or anything, It was a very fast process and healing process. When i left the office right away my medication was ready and it took me 2 days for healing with no pain and felt great as ever. Thank you to the doctor, dental assistants and front ladies they were wonderful and helped out so much. Back staff helped with the nervousness and feeling scared well taken care of there patients totally recommend this Dental office for x-ray, root canals and wisdom teeth extractions Thank you PHD Dental
Yes, my teeth are clean. They did this right before I had prom. It didn’t hurt and honestly I’m really doing this because I am that person. Thank you guys.
Came in for my routine cleaning and as always it was quick and easy. The staff here are very nice and understanding. Always available to offer help and information on any concerns you may have.
