Really good facility. Dentist are really nice, and gentle with kids. They explain everything that is needed to be performed and what is going on in the present moment. Also, my kids need further treatment and they explained all possible scenarios and precautions.
The waiting areas are cute but get crowded and the seats get taking quickly. My first visit there and I had to wait in another waiting area. I liked it though I could still hear names being called compared to being in the other waiting area. Nonetheless, I got peace in the other area since there was only one other family.
The Staff are welcoming and a hard working-class of women. Thank you.
I don’t like how if there’s two fillings, they’ll only do one and make them come back for the second one I find that very inconvenient for most of us. I understand that it’s. Training Dentist office, but we shouldn’t have to come back for another feeling when we’re already getting one done other than that girls are amazing doctors are even amazing make your child comfortable
My experience was great! The staff was kind and quick, i love that they call people through an intercom. Easy for everyone to hear. My daughter loved the decor in the front desk. I wish that was more around the waiting room. I love the decor of the entire office and waiting room. Some of my complaints is having a section of sensory kid toys and play area in the waiting room, add some more wall decor, there was also a socket out in the open with no covers. That was little dangerous since babies touch anything and everything. A grace period if someone comes in late. And tv’s in the second section of the waiting room. They should also add a snack and coffee bar. The hand sanitizer was nice to have. Also add mask. Other than that i really like the doctor’s too. She was quick answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips to keep my kids teeth clean. And gave my kid a toy, two toothbrush’s and stickers. That was sweet and my daughter seemed to like her.
This dentist was not only so understanding and caring towards my son who has profound Autism but the atmosphere was so nostalgic and inviting. Would recommend to anyone! 😊 I am so happy I got a second opinion and traveled two hours away to this dentist.
So unprofessional. I booked an appointment online, called to change it, it wasn't found so I tried to call to schedule another one. After being on hold 20 mins I had to leave to go to a meeting and said I'd call back. Multiple dropped calls later, and an additional wait time of almost 30 minutes, I finally connected with someone who was rude to say the least. Zero empathy for the fact that YOUR system isn't working properly.
I wanna express my gratitude for everybody at that office. Everything was amazing. Sedation went well. The procedure went well and Levi is doing amazing. Just what I thank everyone at that facility and everyone at the pediatrics can’t express my gratitude enough thank you very much.
The receptionists and dentists there are all very nice and friendly people; however, their scheduling process is terrible. They double and triple book patients for one slot. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 7:20 am so the first appointment of the day and we didn’t get seen until 8:15 am and that was after I complained to the front desk so it likely would have been even later if I hadn’t said anything. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I’ve experienced this after complaining to the office manager both times. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service in my opinion. Patients are always expected to be on time so providers should be too.
