I don’t understand the negative reviews, but everyone there is incredibly friendly. When I had my tooth extracted, I felt incredibly safe. Dr. Lee was fantastic, and her team was incredibly attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work done. I wish I could remember all their names, but it was the best experience I’ve ever had.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office seems more interested in pushing high-interest loans than treating patients. Even with an appointment, they take their time acknowledging you and are passive-aggressive when you ask about the delay. The financing process is relentless. Instead of discussing your treatment, you’re put in front of a screen with a representative who repeatedly pressures you to take out a loan, followed by days of nonstop calls trying to get you to sign. The final straw was requesting a copy of my own medical records. I was asked why I wanted them, then told it would take 6–7 business days just to email them. It’s now been over 14 business days, and I’m still waiting. Patients should never feel like a financing opportunity instead of a person. I would not recommend this office.

This lady right here was making up excuses at first I had a appointment to fix my root canal at 9 am on a Saturday now I went to the dental office here at 9 and these people are saying how I have to wait because there’s a lot of people when they clearly booked my appointment for 9 then when they finally called me I sat down in the chair and this lady right here took my mom into a different room and was telling my mom excuses on how I should come back another Saturday since I was scared the first time I don’t understand these people because if you already made my appointment why are you making up excuses about me being scared .
