I sliced myself open yesterday and needed to get 5 stitches. Everyone was so kind and helpful but I have to give a huge shoutout to Evelyn. She was so kind and so sweet. My stitches look incredible. These are some of the nicest stitches I’ve ever received. 😂
And Randel, Thank you for such an easy Tdap shot. I didn’t even feel it. Yall were absolutely awesome ❤️
Evelyn the nurse practitioner was great, as well as the front desk staff and the medical assistant, I just didn't get their names. I'm from Virginia and this was my first visit to a medical clinic since being here and I am not disappointed with the care I received. I felt comfortable discussing what I needed to be seen for and received a thorough exam. I left feeling heard and I have the tools needed to get better. Thank you all so much ❤️
The doctor Evelyn straughter was Pleasant, kind, didn't seem to rush she even made us laugh. The whole staff was just wonderful I went in kind of late but they still didn't rush and took their time with me.
I brought my niece and nephew in to be seen on 02/20 in the afternoon. Location woodlake in converse/Kidby. When we first walked in, the front desk staff member didn’t seem too happy to be there but I completely understand that we all have our off days, so I don’t hold that against her.
From the moment we were taken back, everything changed. The nurse who did the vitals and the provider (I can’t remember her name or whether she was a PA or MD) were absolutely amazing. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The provider was very attentive, truly listened to my concerns, and made us feel like we were at our regular home office.
Both the nurse and the provider were wonderful with the kids, which means everything to me. They completely made up for the first impression at the front desk.
We are very satisfied and will definitely continue using them for years to come especially on those sick days when we need something fast and reliable.
Thank you for making us feel heard and welcomed during our time of need. From me and my littles, we truly appreciate it
Jo-Ann was very professional, helpful, and had a pleasant personality at the front desk. The doctor and the entire team were kind, attentive, and took great care of me, even though I was in severe pain. I truly appreciate all of you for your support and excellent service.
Unfortunately I showed up at 7:45. They close at 8pm. The receptionist was really sweet. So was the nurse and Dr. The nurse that spoke to me before I left, spoke to me like I was an idiot. Very stern. I wish I had gone to the Baptist walk in next door. The atmosphere in the treatment area is like you're in a nightmare with the ceiling being black. Its so disturbing. Don't think ill be back.
Horrible experience and zero accountability . Set-up appointment after a car wreck and extreme pain, explained why I needed to be seen, drove an hour across town, and when I arrived they said they couldn't see me for what I needed. They had all information when I setup appointment, and no one bothered to reach out or tell me that ahead of time. Waste of time and zero help.
Both my husband and I had a visit here and everything went so well. From the front desk to triage. Dr. Silva and his nurse I believe was Randall were both great to us. Especially Randall massaging our arms before getting our steroid shots. Lol it made a big difference! Ty all
