I ONLY GIVE 1 stars to this establishment. What is a sense of making an online appointment if you do not get seen on time completely unprofessional the whole staff. Walk-ins take over priority of online appointments this I found out today. SMH completely rude and what really got me front desk will sit there Carry conversation with each other. Rather than attend to the patient that are coming in . Wait time was just insanely ridiculous
On a sidenote, what kind of thing is this? It’s evident that I am completely dissatisfied hence The reason why I was trying to leave no stars on there, but isn’t it funny and ironic that you have to leave at least one star for a be able to have a post be reviewed on here this is just insanely ridiculous. It’s unfortunate as I read the other reviews on this clinic that they experience the same thing that I pretty much went through today no empathy whatsoever and the staff all there needs to get revamped they’re completely completely rude customers always write. Maybe they should be taught that they have to listen and rather than try to talk back correct this may sound a little bit harsh, but it is what it is. Hope some thing is done about it in the near future or the others that tend to go there.
Gloria and Karen, front office were very nice and made the check in process easy.
The back office staff Natalia and Yesenia were very kind and patient with my daughter when having her vitals taken. Provider Sharnette Washington had excellent bedside manners along with listening skills. She made my daughter feel comfortable and addressed all of our concerns without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this provider and clinic.
I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was noticeable gossip happening at the front desk about patients, which could easily be overheard in the waiting area. That alone made me uncomfortable regarding privacy and professionalism.
Additionally, I was told I could not go into the back office area when accompanying someone, but the way it was communicated felt disrespectful and unnecessarily hostile. There was no explanation given in a professional manner, just attitude.
The overall environment felt unwelcoming and disorganized. Healthcare settings should make patients feel safe and respected, not judged or talked about.
I truly hope management addresses the behavior of the front desk staff, as first impressions matter and professionalism should be a standard in any medical facility.
I told the front desk lady I thought was in a heart arrhythmia that can be dangerous and she still made me check in. After waiting 20 minutes I told her my heart rate is 180 and I need to be seen now. After she verified my heart rate was 180, I finally went to the room and waited another 5-10 minutes before anyone even came in. The doctor was very nice but I was very upset over everything else. There was no sense of urgency for my dangerous condition. I was in fact in sustained ventricular tachycardia and had my husband drive me to the hospital.
Incompetent. Do not go there for your DOT card. The physician wrote the wrong classification on the car and reported it to the federal government then after i lost another 2 hours to get her to fix it I found out she never did. Complete incompetence including the front staf
Walked In just to get prescribed OTC medication and not actually taken serious. Should’ve known when I was in n out in less than 10 minutes. Don’t come here go to an actual PCP who cares
I have been here in the past and everytime it gets worse. I am not one to put bad reviews but I am really upset. I paid the memership ($161) for my son to see a Dr. After a 2 hour wait (with appointment) he was seen. The Dr seemed very inexperienced. She kept having a face of "disbelief" after the symptoms I was telling her my 8 yr old had. She finally said there's nothing I can do for him ( vomiting/ diarrhea) . Didnt even prescribed ONDASETRON or any medication. They kept wanting to do a strep throat, covid flu which he had no upper respiratory symptoms. She said he had a fever which he didnt. I checked him with two different thermometers at home and they both marked 98.3 oral. I believe these urgent cares have inexperienced doctors that dont last long. I dont recommened this urgent care anymore.
It was nice, perfect. Great front desks and people. Very nice lady Doctor. I highly recommend this place. Wish I could think 🤔 of more great things to say, just getting old
