I would like to sincerely thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the hospital for the wonderful care and support I received. Everyone was kind, professional, and very attentive during my stay. They made a stressful time much easier and ensured I felt safe and well cared for. I truly appreciate all the hard work and compassion from the entire medical team. Thank you for everything you do for your patients. Dr. Yelena Tsyba I want to sincerely thank the amazing NICU team at the hospital for the incredible care they gave to my baby. Having a baby in the NICU is very stressful for a parent, but the doctors, nurses, and staff were so kind, patient, and supportive during this difficult time. They took great care of my baby and always explained everything clearly, which helped me feel more comfortable and hopeful. I am very grateful for their dedication, compassion, and hard work every day. Thank you to the entire NICU team for helping our baby and supporting our family.

Horrible place. Inhuman doctors like doctor Purva on the third floor. So many years of preparation and training to not care for other humans. Careless nurses on the same floor as well as in the ETAP area. Nurses are with their phone texting or playing games like I displayed in the picture. That lady took 25 minutes of her paid time to play with her personal phone instead of taking care of a patient.

Dr. Kawai was outstanding during my father’s hospital stay. He was kind, compassionate, and highly professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my father received excellent care. We truly appreciate his dedication, patience, and the kindness he showed to our family. Thank you, Dr. Kawai, for your exceptional care.

Got hospitalized here for a Cat bite infection that spread to my lymphatic system…that had me in there for a week. The entire care team was excellent, the doctors and nurses try their best to take care of you. Special thanks to RN Manisha, RN Kim, RN Nicole. Manisha practiced knowledgeably and her bedside manner was immaculate. Excellent care team. Phlebotomy team came like vampires to get my blood every day but thats required given my infection monitoring. Excellent team aswell. Even the food service team that delivers your meals were super sweet. My entire stay was accommodating and really helped in my road to recovery. Thank you NYPQ ✨✨✨✨💯💯💯💯💯

My father has been hospitalized for the past few days in the Neuro ICU. During this very difficult and emotional time for our family, we were truly blessed to have Nurse Jing Li taking care of him. She has been incredibly patient, responsible, and compassionate. Her attentiveness and kindness made my father feel genuinely cared for and safe. Not only did she provide professional medical care, but she also showed heartfelt empathy and warmth, which meant so much to both him and our entire family. In such a critical environment like the ICU, having a nurse who combines expertise with true compassion makes all the difference. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and love for her patients. We would like to sincerely thank PA Phil (a male nurse in his early 30s), who assisted us during the pre-operation process. He patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, clarity, and genuine compassion. His calm demeanor and thoughtful explanations brought me tremendous comfort during the long and anxious hours leading up to my father’s surgery. I would also like to recognize Michael, who frequently partners with Phil. Both of them have been incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional. Their steady presence, clear communication, and respectful manner truly helped ease my worries during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. These staffs exemplify the level of care, empathy, and professionalism that families hope to experience in a Neuro ICU. They are truly invaluable members of your team, and we are deeply grateful for the care they provided to my father and our family.

I am very pleased with the Emergency room. This is my 3rd time here and the staff from beginning to end are focused, thorough and doing their best to give the best to all the patients. The hospital bathrooms were clean. The parking wasn't awful. I truly am happy with the overall quality of this hospital.

I would like to sincerely recognize Traci, the night shift nurse on the 3rd floor recovery room, for the exceptional care she provided during my overnight stay after surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. The first night after surgery can be physically painful and emotionally vulnerable, but Traci showed extraordinary patience, professionalism, and compassion throughout the night. She checked on me frequently, addressed my concerns promptly, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my recovery. What impressed me even more was the kindness and respect she showed to my mother, who was accompanying me. Her respectful and warm attitude toward both patients and family members truly reflects the highest standards of patient-centered care. Traci represents the very best qualities of nursing—professional excellence, empathy, attentiveness, and genuine compassion. Because of her care, what could have been a very difficult night became a much more reassuring and positive experience. I am deeply grateful for her dedication and would like the hospital leadership to know what an outstanding nurse she is. Nurses like Traci are truly the heart of great patient care.

Disappointed that there was no weekend gastroenterology testing, causing us to wait almost 3 days for diagnosis. Had the patient been in ICU , I understand that they would have done emergency testing, but as it was, it extended the hospital stay significantly. Otherwise, good care, great nurses; and competent, thorough and quick Followup within the NYP network.
