best service //The staff here are excellent and extremely helpful; I was very impressed. Their demeanor is wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this place. Furthermore, my doctor is very gentle, polite, and possesses a truly pleasant bedside manner. You are welcome to come here; high-quality medical treatment is provided.
I highly recommend people to have this location for your primary care! Everyone was super sweet, friendly and seemed to care about their patients. I had an amazing experience today! :) It does took me a little bit of time to see my doctor but it was worth it.
From the moment I walked in till I left NAO medical staff and service is by far the new leaders in their field unlike any other medical ungernt care, the staff actually do care and go above and beyond to make sure as a patient you experience this. As a first timer i can safely say I will only be using NAO med from here on, truly an amazing experience why people would go anywhere else for medical care is beyond me after using them

This was my first time at The Astoria Urgent Care. The office staff was welcoming and professional. Samantha Matzio was absolutely superb! She dealt with my issue in a very professional and effective way.
Staff at the facility are nice and can be helpful. But it consistently takes half an hour or more over the appointment time scheduled weeks or months in advance just to get checked in. Arrive early, late, doesn't matter. It takes ages to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to take you. The place can be empty and you're still late. Why schedule appointments with times? Even when they take you into the back, the doctor may not show up for an additional half hour. So a 2pm appointment becomes 3pm and you're still sitting there twiddling your thumbs. And the doctor talks to you for less than 5 minutes. So 1 hour late for 5 minutes of time. It's so strange. Note, you can't call Astoria Nao Medical. They have no number. You have to call the automated phone system which is a nightmare to navigate, drops you, and will often dump you to the wrong people who can't help you. The people are not staff at Astoria, they are remote people who knows where with no knowledge of anything. They can't assist with prescriptions or appointments or contacting the doctor. The phone support also lie, they tell you they'll call back and never do. They never follow up so you can spend 2 hours on the phone for nothing. Billing is a mess, they're not transparent and if you do blood work expect a bill in the mail 6-12 months later from some place in Long Island you've not heard of and no one informed you of. Surprise billing.
Wonderful experience from the front desk, to the medical staff, and doctors. Very organized. Minimal wait time, if any. If you make an appointment, they actually attend you at that time!
The best service from start to finish . I’m currently going though financial hardship and I was having a hard time finding an urgent care that accepts Straight Medicaid in our neighborhood. My daughter was really sick and I was beginning to thing she was going to have to heal on her own.
The lovely young lady Diana (long hair , black scrubs ) at the front desk went above and beyond to find out if in fact they accepted Straight Medicaid. I was so frustrated walking in there. But she was calm and very patient with me .
Dr. Owusu was not just sweet and caring, he was very educational and brought some much needed smiles to our faces. Overall the staff was 100/10.
Thank you 🙏
