Usually I have normal experiences at this place but just yesterday I took both my sons to a doctors appointment and was refused service literally was told VERBATIM that my “sons can’t be seen if they don’t wear a face mask “”it’s policy and always have been” even after me asking if it’s a north side situation cus I always have a appointment on the south side and she said no I started to record without her knowing and said that’s fine since I don’t want to put my kids in a face mask I’ll find a different provider. Immediately walked across the hall to the south side to get a appointment for my sons and was told that’s not the policy (which I knew it wasn’t ) they asked a doctor from that side to check the situation she walks over and comes back and tells me she can’t take my kids directly to the back after stating that the lady behind the desk said I refused the mask and said to cancel my appointment. Which literally makes no sense nor did she know I was recording and they also have cameras there selves so I asked for the lady’s name and was told a common first name I said respectfully in order to file a complaint I need first and last name which was all still be recorded and I will be filing a complaint and submitting my videos I find it very disrespectful that multiple kids did not have a face mask on and it was on video and the fact my black sons was Denied service and then she lied is so upsetting to me so I will be following through. Very tired of this type of treatment since we moved to this state. I deal with a lot but in a doctors office towards kids is unacceptable and LYING on top of it. You wouldn’t feel the need to lie if you thought your actions were correct but she knew she was wrong so she lied and the doctor not trying to professionally give the mane is kinda crazy to me as well. Choose wisely on where you take your children that’s what I have to say especially if you have had weird experiences like this
Things started out good. Was able to get certain vaccinations when I needed them and was trying to make Dr. Tapia my full time PCP. Then came a bill. Insurance noted that it wouldn’t pay because the coding was incorrect so I had to pay out of pocket. Fine. Then tried scheduling follow up appointments. First one had to be rescheduled due to the doctor being sick. No problem. Second time, was called about an hour before the new appointment to be told the doctor wasn’t in the office. Fired.
Will NEVER come back to this place. Apparently, some patients just aren’t that important. Do what y’all do, but I want nothing to do with this place.
I've been going to their office for many years. I've never ever had a bad experience! Always answer any questions I have and if I have to have a referral to go to a specialist,the staff get it taken care of for me. They always are kind,and helpful 🙂. I love the staff,and I would highly recommend them!!
Yesterday morning, I arrived 2 1/2 hours early for my 1:40pm Doctor’s appointment with Rebecca Torres. Within 10 minutes-ish
I was called in. Took my vitals and the nurse said that my blood pressure was high So she let the doctor know. She recommended a EKG on my heart.
Had some blood work done and the nurse was Right On with my veins. Unlike the 1-2-Times Before. Was able to draw blood
Easy Peazy. Rebecca said that She’d order a new Blood Pressure Monitor, 5 series, Upper Arm.
I’ll be going back in a month for a check up and to see if my blood pressure is normal again
The first time we came here after moving to the area, the doctors were ok. I was thinking about moving my boys elsewhere for a while now, but decided to try and stick with this place a little longer. This last time I came, last week with my son, we saw Dr. Dade for the first time. I will not be coming back to Mountain Park at all. She triggered my 13 yr old son by asking him questions I had already answered, after I foolishly agreed to step outside. He is a little on the taller side for his age and had a slight growth spurt since first coming there. She is literally the absolute rudest so-called pediatric doctor that I have ever encountered. I had to have multiple talks since that visit with my son because I could tell that visit really bothered him. Never again.
Ladies in the front desk with red hair in women’s health , very rude..said she couldn’t verify me but I’ve been a patient before here. Then would talk Spanish to her colleague saying well I can’t find her she don’t have nothing when I clearly told her I have all my information. You don’t have to talk Spanish I clearly understand both. Couldn’t do a full visit because they said I wasn’t a patient but sure got the copay fast. If all you can do is check in people just say that. Your other colleague was way more helpful
The antibiotics I needed were never ordered and my UTI could go back up to my kidneys according to the nurse practitioner I had to talk too at Banner Urgent Care. I finally got my antibiotics today and a thermometer to take my temperature in case I need to go BACK to the ER. I would give negative stars if I could 🙏 for me so I don't get sepsis.
