I am perplexed by the positive reviews regarding the waiting time. The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior I never expected and one guy managing two different front desks. When I ansk about the current number, I was informed that I can’t leave the desk to check my number. Also, I have been waiting for approximately one and a half hours without receiving a call regarding my appointment, which is scheduled for 5:00 PM. I arrived at the office at 4:30 PM and it is now 6:00 PM.
Visiting Mobil Health's scheduled clinic was a great experience, from setting the appointment, changing when needed, to rescheduling. The faculty members were all nice and respectful and the Doctor I saw for the reason of my appointment was wonderful. My examination went with ease and I was in and out in no time. Thank you Mobil Health and the PPL Program. Keep up the wonderful work.
A little hard to find not because of them it’s the bldg owners or caretakers. Friendly staff as soon as you enter. Clean. respectful. They scheduled correctly, I was in and out without being rushed. TV, water provided. Pleasant place to be if you need to be there.
Visited for the first time and I was impressed by the quick service from the staff. Also the facility is clean. Went the 2nd time for 2nd shot on a Friday morning, just check photo Id downstairs. Quick check in with few pages of health questions, not much waiting time. Very clean location. Staff is patient focused. And overall pleasant experience. However, this location has difficulty parking due to large apartment/office units in the area. Arrival in 20 minutes, finding parking took 45minutes with walking from parked space.
This places is clean and staff are friendly and professional. Get you in and out quick. Not too many people . The most I waiting to be call was 20 minutes. My whole time was there less then 1 hr

I honestly didn't know what to expect, but I stand corrected.
The staff were incredibly prompt and made me feel comfortable in every way.
Each member of the staff knew their role and played it with extreme confidence.
Although I don't like needles, they made the experience enjoyable and pain-free.
It's clear that their ability to put patients at ease is a valuable skill.

Staff at the Queens Blvd location are very nice and friendly. They took care of my wife and I in a very professional manner. We were in and out for our health assessments and bloodwork for work in less than 1/2 hour.
