Brought my toddler to get evaluated and tested as he was having cold like symptoms. The receptionist Royelle was very kind, the medical assistant Omar was also kind and patient when taking my sons vitals, the Provider Mark was kind and explained my sons condition, treatment and medication. They weren’t busy today so we were in and out very quick. Every time my son gets sick I bring him here because they take us as walk-ins and still provide us the help we need. Theres also a lot of parking & the office looks nice :) Thanks guys!
I'm so grateful for their patience, positive atmosphere and thoroughness. I felt very secure in their hands, all team members truly listened to all my concerns and questions. I was provided with knowledge and guidance for a treatment plan and each step of the process in diagnosis was explained for my peace of mind. Thank you for your service, it shows how dedicated they are and truly enjoy their line of work.
11/10 clinic. My mom recommended this clinic, i’m usually very anxious about new places but this clinic was exceptional. The receptionist was very nice and patient with me. The nurse was also very sweet and was fast and accurate with my covid and strep throat test, it was the best experience I had with someone swabbing me, it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Dr Mark Cha came in and examined me and took all my concerns seriously and answered my questions throughly. the whole visit took about ~30 minutes and I left with my prescriptions and a work note. I definitely will be coming again because clean, efficient, easy and kind is so hard to come by but this team did it effortlessly and intentionally 11/10!
Very satisfied with service from this express clinic. I was a little nervous bringing both my kids on today but Dr. Mark Cha made everything go smooth. The girls in the front were also amazing with our family. I love it here. Very family friendly ❤️ thank you guys for everything. 10/10 for Dr. Mark Cha.
The staff at the clinic were so nice and helpful. I am very grateful that they were open on a holiday as I was really in need of my medication that I had ran out of. Thank you so much to the whole team for the last minute help.
The staff is very nice, the MA that took care of my vitals in the back was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Mark Cha kept checking in and ensuring I was treated kindly while at their establishment. He definitely helped me understand my symptoms I was experiencing better. Very clean too!
I came in feeling extremely sick and even visited a different clinic just to follow Dr. Cha because I know for a fact that I will be well taken care of and receive the medication I need to recover.
Dr. Cha is amazing in every way—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly caring. He takes the time to listen and makes you feel confident in your care. I highly recommend Dr. Cha and the entire staff. They are professional, kind, and make a difficult day much easier.
I love coming here because providers have excellent bedside manner. I never feel rushed and they’re always open to answering questions.
The clinic has a a small lab area where Medical assistants run rapid tests with swabs, blood and urine samples. The lab sits in the center surrounded by patient rooms.
Unfortunately during my visit today I was able to over hear from my patient room as medical assistants talked about the smell/odor of a bodily fluid / or sample left behind. They said the patient’s last name loud enough to be able to hear through patient’s closed doors.
I myself work in the medical field and it’s very unfortunate to hear employees making remarks about patient samples. Patient’s aren’t there because they feel well. They’re there because something is wrong. There’s a time and a place for everything. Patient privacy is basic ethical behavior.
