My experience was very pleasant and quick! Front desk was was easy singing in. I waited to be called not even 10mins - nurse was nice and doctor was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She took her time -understood my symptoms and spoke to me like i mattered - and just all around warm presentation of what was best for me. Not only was i content I left feeling i made the best choice and giving this place a shot! Thank you to everyone that attended to me. 😊 i highly recommend..

I scheduled an appointment today because I was experiencing severe ankle pain and could barely walk. I arrived early at 7:55 AM for my 8:00 AM appointment. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked, so I hobbled inside. The first thing the front desk employee said to me was, “You have to come back in 5 minutes. We’re not open until 8.” I asked if she was serious and if she really expected me to hobble all the way back to my car and return in five minutes, when the reason I was there was because I could barely walk due to ankle pain. I simply asked if I could sit and wait. That was my first interaction with this place. Quick exam, sent me to get X-rays and followed up to make sure I knew my prescription was sent and informed me of the results and the follow up steps. She honestly saved the day, and made me come back and edit my original post here through her persistent ( I missed her first call and she called back!) and personable follow up. Thank you!

Atmosphere is very welcoming the moment you walk through the door. The receptionist is very kind and patient. As a walk-in I waited between 10 to 20 minutes before my name was called. The doctors and nurses are amazing and very caring and do everything to help you. I have currently been in a room for less than 10 minutes and the doctor is already taking me for an x-ray. I am actually really disappointed that I have to give this clinic a 1 star. I recommended this location due to previously having a great experience here. I sent my mother here because she was not feeling well and her primary was closed. Since she got there the receptionist ,Julie/Jacky, was VERY rude. Telling my mother she couldn’t be seen without having her insurance card on hand. Mind you my mother was getting out of work and keeps important documents safe at home. So as im on the phone registering my mom online I finish and submit it and told my mom to please ask her if she was able to see her id and insurance card. The receptionist says I need another photo that is clear. Mind you i sent the same exact one!!!! What upset me the most is that another person who is African American came in and said i dont have an appointment or my insurance card but can i give you the numbers? And Jacky/Julie said yes of course and handed her a pen and post it note…. Why because she didnt want any beef??? After all this jacky/Julie tells my mom, she had to reregister her because the time had passed… Yet this place says these “time slots online” are not appointments. No copay was due- when last time they charged her 50$.. my mom asked for a receipt and she denied her one saying my mom didnt have a copay… Im just disappointed all over!
