Shanice answered and booked me an appointment over the phone, feels great to speak to a human and not a robot for once!
Tevis my provider did my annual physical and ordered my labs, very friendly and professional.
Ashley is the sweetest phlebotomist I have ever met, as much as I am scared of needles she made the whole process a breeze. I did have to call about 3 times for my results and Patricia M. who returned my call felt very rushed and failed to bring up the actual Comprehensive Metabolic Panel I was there for. Other than that (thank you Yamile for fixing that mishap), everyone is great!
The staff was very kind and welcoming. I arrived about an hour before they closed, and they still took the time to provide attentive and thorough care. The doctor, Budoor Issa, was attentive to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. She took the time to explain my treatment options and let me choose what I was most comfortable with, which I truly appreciated ❤️ While the staff can be very friendly during casual small talk, they were always professional and respectful. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this office for any short term urgent needs. I will certainly be returning here!
The clinic staff was knowledgeable, kind and professional. My wait wasn't long. The NP Pat Martinez answered my questions and knew exactly what to do to resolve my problem. I was extremely impressed and I will use their services again going forward. I will also recommend them to my family and friends. The clinic was clean and kept up. The parking was even good.
My experience was a 10 out of 10 all around !
Hi everyone,
I came in to Midwest stop clinic for my Dot physical! They were fast, well explained with good communication skills! Friendly and nice staff! The price was also reasonable. I enjoyed my visit here! in and out! also very clean environment!
Best clinic I have visited in the country. I avoid going to the clinic to avoid the drag of seeing a provider. I made a phone call before visiting, made me feel welcomed. I presented myself at the registration desk and promptly assisted. I was expeditiously seen by the medical staff and got test results. Offered options to accommodate my circumstance. They also had a trainee onboard whom genuinely cared about her job. They have the perfect staff there, will always go to this location if needed.
Had concerns about possibly having a nasal infection after a few days of what was originally thought to be a head cold didn't clear up. . Set up an online appointment same day 8:30 Am Almost immediately after they open Sunday morning. Was able to prefill out forms online thru my phone before my check in time. And waited less than 10 minutes to be seen once I checked in at the counter. Staff was friendly. All in all my visit was short took only half an hour between checking in to meet with my provider Nancy after a few questions and some quick checks. Diagnosis was a mild sinus infection should clear up within the week prescribed some meds to help relieve symptoms.
The receptionist, Ashley, was amazing! She was beyond kind. She eased all of my anxiety and I couldn't have had a better experience. I went in not feeling well and because of her kindness and attentiveness I left feeling so much better after our interaction. I was a little hesitant going to this location because of the reviews but I am so glad I did. 10/10
Oh my god, these people who pretend to be nurses are unbelievable. I don't think they have any qualifications; they're just out to scam patients and rip off insurance companies. I visited this emergency clinic, and they did absolutely nothing for me. The nurse who supposedly treated me, Sella Wona Coleman, gave me three days of sick leave, which I didn't even ask for. They and their whole team told me that if I didn't feel well, I should come back. When I returned, saying I wasn't feeling well, and asked for extended days, they told me that to get extended days, I needed to see another nurse. They asked for my insurance again, and they didn't do anything at all. They just told me they couldn't give me any more days than the pain, which was going to last three more weeks anyway. I asked for a signed document stating that I had gone to the clinic twice to show my employer, but they didn't give me anything. The only explanation they came up with was that I didn't want to go to work, but they still gave me sick leave. On those days, I just wanted to ask them to give me the signed paper confirming that I had been there twice. They came up with other things and were angry. Besides that, they refused to give me the results of some lab tests they had done. They flatly refused. It's outrageous how these people behaved. This has never happened in any other clinic or hospital I've visited. Every other clinic or hospital I've been to has done its job well. You have to be very careful.
