I had a great experience with Provider William Sideras. He was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. My medical assistant, Dymond, was also very professional and patient, even though I felt like I was being a bit of a bother. I truly appreciated her kindness. They also got me in and out in a timely manner, which made the entire visit even better. Thank you both for providing such excellent care!

My provider, Debra Gbabiri, was a great listener and very understanding. She asked a lot of questions to get a good picture of what was going on. She was very thorough. She has been by far the best provider I have seen I a long time. No knock on the others but I did not feel like I was on an assembly line with her. Most providers the last few years seem to just rush you out, (including my doctor of 30 years who now is part of a big conglomerate and now is on a time clock). I just had a 6/5 experience with Lydia, a nurse my daughter saw last week. I truly cannot thank Lydia enough for the time, care, perfect calm, and Earnest professionalism she brought into the room when my daughter needed to get swabbed and strep tested. The last time we went here, my kiddo was SO scared and ran around the room screaming, I had to hold her in place for the last nurse. Lydia immediately spoke softly but confidently to my daughter. She was gentle and sophisticated and clearly experienced at her job. I didn’t have to even hold my kid at all. LYdia’s amazing bedside manner disarmed my daughter AND give her the care she needed. It turned out she tested positive for the flu, which Lydia specifically advised that I test For. I’ll be requesting her as the nurse we see anytime I’m back at this location. The front desk was kind as well however very busy and the wait on the phone for 1 question took over 15 minutes. It’s not her fault. They may just need another assistant. She was very nice.
