Dominique was wonderful! She was so welcoming and understanding as she guided me through the intake process. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to represent your business as my first point of contact.

I think that the levels of care when being seen is tremendously beneficial for people, I went in not feeling well honestly was over life like completely drained I didn’t feel good mentally nor physically I was just sick, and the physician that saw me asked me a question and I responded well it doesn’t matter what I think because nobody actually cares what I think , I think drs see a middle age AA and treat me with less care as the majority. That lady pulled her chair 🪑 up beside me rubbed my back and expressed that she cared about me and she just offered me words of encouragement that I needed but didn’t know I needed. I went into the dr because I wasn’t feeling good physically or emotionally and left the doctor feeling heard and seen. Not all staff is this gracious I’ve dealt with some rudeness before over the phone trying to get lab results or referrals, however I was so grateful to have the care of the physician that cared for me🫶🏾

When I initially visited the clinic, I came in as a walk-in patient to have my eye checked. At that time, I spoke with the receptionist, who reviewed my insurance information and explicitly confirmed that my insurance was accepted. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded with the visit, which went smoothly. Approximately two months later, I returned to the clinic and spoke with a different receptionist, who informed me that I owed $160 because the clinic does not accept my insurance. When I explained that I had been told otherwise during my initial visit, she stated that mistakes sometimes happen and that the previous receptionist likely did not read my insurance information correctly. As a result of this error, I am now $160 out of pocket for a mistake that was not mine. This situation is both unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Patients rely on staff to accurately verify insurance information before services are rendered. Being told after the fact that an error was made places an unfair financial burden on the patient. Situations like this create a serious lack of trust and could easily affect anyone. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed and resolved appropriately, as I should not be held financially responsible for an internal verification error.

I can’t begin to express how inviting and caring my experience was at this specific clinic! It was hands down the best urgent care visit to date! Not only was the space immaculate, but every team member approached me with notable consideration, and a human-centered approach. The team was knowledgeable and wait time was slim. I highly recommend!

I appreciate when the staff takes their time and explains everything and doesn't rush you. It means a lot especially if you have concerns you don't understand. It makes you feel cared for. Thanks again!

Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. They gave me multiple asthma inhaler refills when I told them I'd recently switched insurances and didn't have a new GP yet. Great staff at this place and there was virtually no wait at the time I went.

Dr. Jack was great. He gave me bad news in a way that made it easier to hear. My Rx was down the street soon after my appointment. Bridget & Shantaniece (sp?) were kind & professional, and the front desk person was very pleasant & efficient.

I impaled my foot on my earring and wasnt sure if I needed a tetanus shot or what, but my foot was swollen and I could hardly walk. The staff is awesome. The front desk woman helped me sign in even though she was busy, she took great care of everyone. The staff was super friendly and helpful and efficient! It was really busy and took almost no time. The nurse was so nice and could tell I didn't like shots and reassured me. The doctor was nice and explained everything. The entire staff was awesome. 10/10 you guys are doing great! I would suggest making an appointment online just to be prepared but it only took like 10minutes to check in and have my info uploaded. People can be very impatient and upset when they have a health issue but the staff did great.
