If I could give 0 stars I would. I used the website to put in for a consultation over a months ago, no one called but instead sent me emails in promos. Called yesterday, they could not locate my consultation information in the computer so I did it over the phone. They put my name in incorrect with a completely different last name and a phone number not even remotely close to mine even through I spelled out my last name and repeated my phone number numerous times. I received a link to submit pictures with a video on what to do. Video states to stand against a white wall with good lighting stand straight up with arms at your sides and take a front, back, left and right side picture, I did that. Followed up today, pictures are apparently wrong after doing what I was told and shown in the video. Resubmitted the pictures today as I was told I needed to bend my legs in the front and back photos and fix wear my underwear sat to show my hips better, called 3 hours after to follow up and again it’s incorrect. Now I’m told the left and right side pictures need to be in a running position. I am beyond irritated. I was so excited to use them especially due to the payment plan but after trying to set up a consultation 4 times I am moving on. Maybe set up a zoom to see better and allow the client to move accordingly when asked instead because the video was horrible and so was the lack of help I received. I sat on hold more times then necessary and refused to talk to the surgery coordinator to ask about pricing, scheduling, expectations, etc. no one could answer basic questions about the payment plans and if the payments have to be completed in full prior to surgery or if you can still make payments following surgery, told it’s based on certain surgeons preference and not straight across the board. I was willing to travel to utilize their services but this has been a horrible experience.

Let me start off by saying Dr. B was amazing and so was the anesthesiologist. After my surgery and this isn't my first, just first at this facility, my pain, nausea, low blood glucose, and blood loss was handled extremely poorly. As an RN myself and I had my ER nurse friend drive me to and from this experience, it was qorst experiencw of my entire life. My pain was a 12/10 and I was denied anything stronger than tylenol for my ride home. Nothing for nausea. While prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, I wasn't allowed to pick them up until day of and my surgery was at 6am. No time to grab them. My blood sugar was also low upon waking up and I was denied juice or Gatorade. Eventually I was finally given a 4oz cup after begging repeatedly for it. I do have a history of passing out from low blood glucose and this felt like that was near to happen again. Then I was rolled out half conscious to my friend, in agonizing pain, dizzy, light-headed, and nauseous, my friend noticed how pale I was. She asked the pacu nurse how much blood did I lose because of my appearance and symptoms. The pacu nurse said I lost more than their normal patient but she didn't know how much blood I lost as she's only a pacu nurse. That isn't an acceptable answer. As a pacu nurse, you should absolutely know my information as it pertained to my surgery and given my symptoms, it was not an ethical decision to push me out the door when they did. My friend almost brought me to the ER on the way home. She stopped for Gatorade and I began to feel more like myself but it was the most painful and horrific ride home and my skin felt like it was being branded. I chose bronstein due to his phenomenal results on Instagram but I wish I would've went with a more reputable facility that would've handled my health and my pain more adequately. I also had a issue receiving the 2nd faja I paid for. The manager never called me back despite multiple calls to contact her and emails. I ended up having to call my credit card company to get my money back and purchase elsewhere. Over all, this is a poorly run facility that lacks in patient care and customer service. I will never be returning. What a horrific experience.
