Absolutely phenomenal!!!! The entire staff brings back a nostalgic feeling of loving the idea of going to the doctor. Everyone is SO nice and attentive!!! I had to get my first RFA for which I was very nervous. Their medical assistant Lily deserves all the praise she can possibly obtain for the help she provided to me that day. She prepped me and made sure I had all questions answered before we began the procedure. She then held my hand throughout the entire procedure and kept me calm, all while making jokes. Dr. Polepalle also did not rush to begin, but took his time and also made sure I understood everything before beginning. His calm approach made me very reassured I was going to be okay and before I knew it, the procedure was over in a few minutes. I have zero pain, only slight discomfort and will definitely continue with treatment. Their bedside manner and nurturing spirits are just simply the best and I would recommend everyone to come here for treatment. Their staff also called the next day for a follow up and made sure that I was feeling okay, which I appreciated because it shows they truly care. Thank you all for a wonderful experience for which I am no longer afraid to get done. See you next month ! 😊
I consistently have a wonderful experience when I visit Metro Vein Center. The staff members are exceptional, and I particularly want to acknowledge Kaylinda Familia from forest Hills Location who has been an incredibly kind, efficient, and wonderful staff member, assisting me on numerous occasions. Having such dedicated individuals like her truly enhances the patient experience, making it much more pleasant and comfortable for individuals like myself.
I recently had an appointment to have one of my veins removed in my left leg that has been giving me issue for some time now. I cannot express the kindness of everyone on staff that assisted with my procedures. From a very caring and friendly front of house staff to, a joyful yet professional experience during the process. Scheduling all my appointments was extremely easy and was alerted numerous times about my up coming appointments . I had an insurance issue during the change of the new year but happy to say that I was guided through all the steps I had to take to make it right. Dr. Lopresti was the one removing the vein, and man I could not have been in better hands. I had no issue during any part of this procedures and was happy to say that I was greeted with a kind, professional and completely honest man. I hope to not return and for better health but if I do, I will happily return to this metro Vein Center. Thank you for everything everyone you are all amazing people! - Danny
I had a great experience with Metro Vein Center in Forest Hills. The front desk helped me in getting my referral through so I won't have to o pay out of pocket. They are all from the front desk, techs, and doctors so nice, patient, knowledgeable...I highly recommend them to anyone.! You won't regret it!
My experience at Metro Vein Clinic in Forest Hills was a great one. Starting from the front desk where you meet the ladies who greet you and set you up to be seen by a doctor. They are very professional and nice. The nurse that gets you prepared to see the doctor is professional. The doctor soaks to you with respect and does an excelled job with the procedure on my legs. All around it was a great experience.
I was there twice and each time it was the same. Staff was very nice. They speak to you as though they see you every day. Dr. Cumbers was very easy to talk to. He explained everything to me, different treatments available …. He spoke in a manner that made me feel that my choice to go there in the first place, was definitely the right choice.
I called today to make an apt and get some information about the doctors and insurance. I spoke to a young lady, I did not get her name. Or rather I was so taken back by how rude and unprofessional she was that I forgot. I didn't want to spend anymore time than needed interacting with her so I did not even bother to ask her name before hanging up. I was placed on for three separate times while waiting to speak to her supervisor. Thanks to her I will not be making an apt for my grandmother. If this is just a phone call I can only imagine how this office is run in person.
This is feedback on the nurse that treated me at metro veins, Her name is Meri, she was friendly, well groomed, well spoken, and clear on her preferences and very prompt. I was very satisfied. I had my follow up appointment on 3/6/26, It was prompt, professional, comfortable. The staff are great.
