Anthony was awesome! Respectful and courteous. I’ve been to other places for employment screenings that have been so rude. They even lost my sample. Not here. While I was waiting, I saw them attending other families and patients, same thing. Treated them with respect and attended their children’s needs. I highly recommend metro urgent care.

I absolutely love this facility, it was my first time attending and not only is the customer service amazing but the care is also. I have extremely thin veins and a woman ( I can’t think of her name sadly) but I know she’s a Taurus lol! She walked me through everything and made the process flow seamlessly. I went early and there was only 1 person before me. The young men at the front desk are very professional. Megan Dudney attended me and I highly recommend her. She sent me for x-rays because of my chronic cough. She is efficient. It was my first time there. Highly recommend.
