I had a very positive experience at Memorial Village ER. From the moment we walked in, Mathew at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. He was courteous, professional, and efficient, exactly what you need when you're not feeling your best. Dr. Khan was outstanding. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made my daughter feel truly cared for. Her calm demeanor and thorough approach gave me peace of mind. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care — especially if you’re lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Khan and greeted by Mathew!

I don’t know what it is about the night team but they make me LOVE this place. Been here twice in the last 2 weeks with my son because of how AWESOME they are. Sean makes you have no worries when you talk to him as he’s so kind and welcoming! Leslie did an amazing job taking care of my son! Nothing but kind things for Dr. Khan! They are an awesome night crew!!

Absolutely unacceptable and predatory experience at Memorial Village Emergency Room. I came in with a severe kidney stone, in excruciating pain to the point I could barely move or even breathe. Instead of prioritizing emergency care, the staff refused to treat me unless I paid $2,000 upfront. I was clearly in no condition to make financial decisions, yet they pressured me repeatedly until I handed over my debit card. They continued to insist that I complete payment forms while I was in extreme distress and physically unable to write. There was zero compassion, urgency, or basic respect for a patient in severe pain. The actual care I received—a CT scan, blood tests, and a single injection—does not justify a $2,000 charge. As someone in the medical field, this feels grossly inflated and exploitative. It honestly felt like they took advantage of my condition to overcharge me because I had no choice. This facility clearly prioritizes money over patient care. I strongly advise anyone to avoid Memorial Village Emergency Room, especially in an emergency or vulnerable situation.

Amazing staff! They greeted us with smiles and treated my children warmly. They were super friendly the entire time we were there, and the nurse was fantastic! Thank you to Dr. Faisal, R.N. Trish, Jeremy from Radiology, and Kiran from Patient Care. You all truly made my family feel welcomed during our time of need.

My daughter had to go here yesterday. The girl who checked us in was very sarcastic and came off rude so wanted to rate 3 stars. What gives me the 5 star rating is the night crew. Lesly the nurse is kind and caring and Shawn sitting at the front desk for overnight was amazing and made me feel more welcomed than the girl who was sitting there before him with the bangs. Thank you overnight team, my daughter enjoyed you all !

Alexis was very attentive and explained everything to me clearly. The Dr on site was also very charismatic and informative. Will definitely recommend this place to other’s as well as come back whenever I need to.

They did such an amazing job for my 2 year old daughter. Her foot got crushed by a rock and they got us in fast, comforted her well, took her vitals without making her cry, did the x ray, and luckily nothing was broken. Just swelling. They had a great pediatric patient room so that comforted our daughter. All of their staff were great with children. Everything short of having to go to Texas Children’s and we will be taking her here. Couldn’t have asked for anything else.

I I typically (like most I’m sure) dislike going into an ER and UrgentCares, but last night after chasing my kid in the kitchen, I slipped and fell injuring my thumb. The pain was pretty bad while trying to sleep but I ignored it and tried to survive the night. In the morning, still struggling I managed to get dressed and go to my office. However when my boss saw my finger he told me to go to memorial village ER which is relatively close to our office. He said he and his family have been there a few times and they always had good experiences. From the moment that I walked in to the moment I walked out I was treated very well by everyone I came into contact with. The doctor (Doan Nguyen) has excellent bedside manners as did all the nurses, xray tech and receptionist. Just an all around great experience not to mention I think I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Great experience!
