Lovett Dental North Heights is hands down one of the BEST dental offices I have ever been to! Office Manager Kimm is absolutely AMAZING — so friendly, funny, caring, and helpful. She made me feel comfortable immediately and truly goes above and beyond for patients.
Dr. Tran was phenomenal! I am someone who is VERY afraid of needles and dental procedures, but he took his time explaining everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. His patience, professionalism, and gentle approach made such a difference for me.
The office was clean, organized, efficient, and the entire staff was kind and attentive. I left feeling relieved, confident, and genuinely happy with my experience. I already referred my co-worker to this dental office.

Was SUPER afraid about getting a crown. Simply didn’t want it to look different than my other teeth. However, I was AMAZED by my new crown once I looked in the mirror. Highly recommend Dr. Timothy Tran and his team. Was EXTREMELY satisfied with his work and the results!
After coming back from 4 years… I loved being back today. From Kim at front desk so welcoming and helpful with everything to Keysha in x-rays being very informative to Hygienist Julie & Dr. Tran with their assistant Briana they did amazing work on my teeth. Need to stay on track with it but will definitely be recommending them to my people ☺️. Thank you everyone!

It was our first visit and I can say I was thoroughly impressed. If you are in need of a place to take your child, I can’t even exaggerate the my feelings of recommendation. Come here! My appointment was at 10:00, I was out in an hour. The representation is diverse and the team was welcoming. It was clean, informative and quick. I love this place.
Just left the clinic with the worst experience I have ever had.
Dr. Chen recommended kindly an intervention (extremely expensive) so I asked his secretary/admin person for a quote for extraction instead (probably more affordable). Both of them together force me to take the decision of the most expensive treatment in a really pushy way when I just wanted to evaluate my options (quality and price).
Dr. Chen advice was not to extract a molar (telling me that can deform my face) and when he saw I was interested on the extraction then he advised to removed not only that one but also another one that have a cavity. CLEAR RETALIATION. He moved from save any molar to take them all out.
Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I left the place feeling I am a CREDIT CARD instead of a COSTUMER.
I got the answer from Lovett you can see here, asking me to explain this better to the email attached. I emailed them that same day and today, one month later, I got no answer from them yet.
I went to another clinic and they found I got and infection on that tooth, an infection that THIS DENTIST EVEN DID NOT NOTICE OR AT LEAST MENTIONED. Horrible service and even worst customer treatment.
My daughter loves this location. Very patient and kind individuals that work here. Shes been traumatized before (not here) and they work with her and help her stay calm. Kimm in the front was very helpful and patient with me as well.
my overall experience with Lovett isn’t the best . However Autumn took the time out to ensure she can help me switch ever way possible. They currently have a new doctor at the shepherd location and it’s a BIG inconvenience due to him not accepting all insurance coverage.(make sure he takes your insurance before going there) overall clean environment, and helpful friendly staff.
