Update: I had to return unfortunately for additional imaging. And I feel the EXACTLY the same. I hope I never have to revisit this location as it is: cold, unweIcoming and not very tidy as you can see from my pics.
I supposed I'm used to a certain level of service for such a delicate procedure as a mammogram. This place felt cold and uninviting. The front desk was welcoming and pleasant, and the ultrasound tech was okay but I felt slighted. Nobody introduced themselves, seats were all clumped together in the waiting area with people having to almost step over you, no locker was provided (I just carried my clothes and personal belongings from room to room placed them from chair to chair) and while it wasn't dirty, it wasn't sparkling clean. I'm going to spend the extra bucks and continue my service at Maimonides Breast cancer center. Perhaps, I'll continue to use LenoxHill for X-rays and the like.
I have been going there for mammograms and ultra for years and I find there have been continuous improvement, that is why I preferred to do business with them. Congrats to staff, and those beautiful kind women I came into contact with. I appreciate and feel comfortable with the presentation of the place especially the waiting area. I can say my visits are in and out my wait time is never long. Continue the good works. GOD bless each and everyone of you.🙏🏾♥️
I had an exceptional experience at Lenox Hill Radiology in the Mill Basin location in Brooklyn, NY, 2475 Ralph Avenue. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
The radiology technicians truly went above and beyond in their care and professionalism. I’ve never felt very comfortable undergoing certain types of testing, but they took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured me throughout the process, and made me feel at ease the entire time.
What stood out most was their patience and genuine warmth and compassion shown by every staff member I interacted with. In all my experiences at different locations, I have never encountered a team so attentive, respectful, supportive, and once again having patience.
I am sincerely grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing radiology services.
Beatiful staff. So happy I went there. The MRI TECH she was so nice with me she understood that I was nervous. Made me feel peace and i was able to complete my test without any issues. I know that is far for me but I will go there every time that I need to do a test.
The 2 front desk staff also super nice. They both helped me to check the faster way to get home. Since i wasn't familiar with the area

The staff members at Mill Basin were polite, helpful and well mannered. I got there early, so my appointment was pushed up. The technician was professional and very pleasant. The procedure was expedient and I was out of the room under ten minutes. Thanks, and keep up the good work guys.
I was pleased with my experience. The technicians were very patient and took the time to calm me down as I’m very claustrophobic and was getting an MRI done. I’ve attempted this imaging before and was unable to complete. Thank God for those two young ladies who made me feel safe. My wait was not long. Everyone including the front desk person to the techs were wonderful. THANK YOU!!

The worse location. My son was scheduled for his sonogram, it was at 3pm. He did not eat or drink since last night. We came but were told that they lost our referral and we have to come back another day! I requested to speak with the manager, they called I waited for 30 min she didn’t even called back! 3 girls at the register were just laughing….very disappointed. Why are you hiring so unprofessional people. Zero customer service, zero empathy they were just laughing, when I asked their names, they refused. Great Job Manager Julie, who was not even at the place.
