Absolutely terrible experience. My appointment was at 6:00 PM. I arrived early at 5:45 PM and was not even called to check in until 7:34 PM. I stayed patient the entire time and never complained once about the wait, even while multiple other people in the waiting room were clearly upset and complaining too.
The worst part is they lied about the services they were going to provide. The operator who scheduled my appointment messed up, and the guy at the desk complaing about the operator and tell me he gonna do it anyway but instead of being honest from the beginning, they told me they could still complete all 6 scans. After doing only two scans, they suddenly changed their story and said they couldn’t do the rest. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
While waiting, I could overhear staff at the front desk talking about how “rude” clients are and how they want to transfer to another location. Maybe if this place was managed properly, people wouldn’t be frustrated in the first place. They literally had people walking out because no one was being called and there was zero organization.
The young girl at the desk honestly seemed overwhelmed, which tells me management is the real issue here. Poor scheduling, horrible communication, extremely long wait times, and misleading patients about services. I would never recommend this location to anyone
Great staff, attentive and helpful. Place is pretty clean and wait is about what you'd expect. Ultrasound was easy and painless, technician/nurses are kind and no-nonsense which made the experience especially comfortable and quick. Even got my results the same day (a few hours after I left).
However I advise wearing light clothes and bringing wet-wipes as there's not much to clean yourself off with. Changing room could do with a bigger curtain or a door. But rather than that, I highly recommend this place and would come here for imaging again.
I needed an X-ray and the entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. I have a balance issue and they were very understanding and helpful. The location is beautiful and extremely clean. Wait time was very short. I highly recommend them.
They are on schedule , staffs are friendly & fast . My appointment was 11:15am today. I was done 11:18am like in 15mins I received text that my result is ready .
I’ve been to this location several times now- once for myself and 2 other times for my grandmother’s appointments. Overall, my experiences have been satisfactory. The only thing I think would make the experience better is if there are radiology techs or front desk workers who are able to communicate in Chinese for my grandmother who can’t speak English.
I was treated very well. The personal were extremely courteous and professional. They did their jobs very professionally. I felt at ease with the technicians and the nurse. I was very comfortable there. The people at the registration desk were very kind and professional. Everyone made me feel at ease.
My appointment was for 12 noon for mammogram and sonogram. I was out of the facility at 12:30. Very good staff at the front desk, inside the mammogram room and ultrasound technician was very pleasant.
