I had a wonderful experience at Lennox Hill Radiology on Bay Parkway. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff was kind, courteous, professional, and welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
The technician was absolutely amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service and care. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of radiology services. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit such a positive experience!
It wasn’t my first time there. Even though there are a lot of people in the waiting room, there is no much of the waiting time. My last visit wasn’t more than 10 minutes wait. The personnel is very kind, friendly, and helpful.
The only thing that everyone who drives should be aware of is parking condition. There are school area with no parking or no standing school hours, lots of private driveways as well, so it is recommended to plan to be there earlier to find a parking spot. Other than that, there is a subway station near the location and bus stop.
And, btw, they send a link to do pre-registration process at comfort of your schedule and location, easy process or uploading all the paperwork, that is reviewed and approved or requested to be re-uploaded, so when you come in everything is already set up, the time saver is right there.

Love this place. Second year getting a mammogram here. Parking isn’t difficult. Office and rooms are very clean. I check in upon arrival, get called to the reception desk in a few minutes. Very nice and efficient workers. I sit back down and wait for the technician to call me which is always quick. I’m done and walking out about 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Easy Peasy! Report usually emailed to me within a few hours.
My experience was beautiful. Thanks to Alyssa and Judy they were very patient and understanding I was in a wheelchair and required a hoya lift. They made my experience wonderful and if I ever had to do this again I would come back & request for these to young ladies. They were extremely helpful and so very kind, patient, and understanding. Thanks again ladies God Bless You and I appreciate you both. Also the front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well, and I didn't have to wait long either.
I waited a good amount of time in the waiting room for my appointment, but that was quickly outweighed by the excellent care I received when I was called. The technician was thorough and explained what he needed to do very effectively. He was courteous and polite. I had a very good experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Waiting time - over an hour from your appointment time and yet, they have nerve to tell their customers to arrive 30 min prior; which brings waiting time to over 90 min.
Disgusting
A convenient location with a comfortable and professional setting. Thoughtful, considerate, and caring personnel. The wait times were not long and the test was quick. I felt valued and at ease during the entire experience.
I had a really good experience here. The staff was polite, helpful, and made everything very easy for me. The place was clean and organized, and my appointment went smoothly without a long wait. I appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend this location.
