Getting LASIK from Lasik Plus in Chicago was a breeze. From the initial conversation over the phone, to setting up same day exam and surgery, I was able to get in quickly and get my vision fixed! I have thought about doing this surgery for years and after getting off the phone with them, I knew I was going to schedule ASAP. All of the staff were incredibly warm and knowledgeable. The doctors were both so kind and so efficient! I was in and out so quickly.
The surgery itself is relatively painless, took a 3 hour name after and my vision was perfect. I had a quick follow up the next day and then was on my way home. I had a very positive experience here. Professional, quick, friendly. At my consultation, they asked if I wanted to do the procedure THAT DAY. Note that they can’t give Valium like some other places. They are also sometimes willing to work with you a little on the price. After 25 years of eyewear and -5.-something vision…I now see better than 20/20. Thank you to the whole team!
Incredible service and providers! I was (naturally) extremely nervous for the procedure and had endless questions about all the horror stories we hear about online. Everyone took their time answering everything and making sure I felt safe and comfortable.
