If you need to get your blood drawn I’d definitely recommend Tiffany. I had previous bad experiences with getting my blood drawn which led me to have anxiety when getting blood tests but she’s extremely professional and delicate and makes it quick. I only let her do it now and specifically ask for her. The front desk is also nice every time, and if you are parking in the garage, they do offer discounts on the parking tickets if you’re visiting them, just make sure to physically bring the ticket to save a few dollars. My PCP is at this location as well and he’s nice and helpful as well.
Worst clinic ever!
I went there today, they made me wait 30 minutes and told me i have a balance due. I tried explaining to them that the balance was not paid because i haven’t received the service. The service that they were claiming was a virtual visit that didn’t even last 2 minutes. The doctor came on call and she was talking to someone next to her the whole time asking help and what to do. I doubt even she was a real doctor. She hung up the call after a minute of talking with someone and why would i need to pay for a service that i haven’t received?? They are just there for the money. I have been trying to contact them ever since and no one ever called back once. I complained both online and phone and no one even bothered to call back. Its the worst clinic and service ever.
Dr. Dhari is an AMAZING OB/GYN physician. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Took his time getting to know me as a new patient and reviewing my chart. I wasn’t just a number. He didn’t look at me as a fraction but as a whole. We could all benefit from more providers like him.
I accept responsibility for not arriving on time. However, I called ahead, explained the circumstances, and received no warning that I would definitely be turned away. Given that this is a difficult downtown location and many patients seem to have the same problem, I think the clinic could do a much better job providing parking and navigation instructions and communicating its late-arrival policy.
The staffs are very professional and helpful. First day there and I happened to met my PCP.....unlike the previous clinic I attended,I never met my PCP. He was never around. My New PCP understood my situation and is willing to go assist me with this health adverse. I will be seeing him again this Monday. Oh and SIS, Thank you as well.

Came in for a physical today with Dr. Sehgal, she was amazing! The office staff was so friendly even though it was early in the morning. I needed to get blood work done and became very nervous because I HATE needles but the lab staff was the best! He was quick, gentle and talked to me through the process which calmed me down.
Medical costs aren't cheap but this is place is significantly higher than others. I've never had to pay for blood work on an annual physical but here it was over $100. A follow up tell health visit was set at $410. Either they don't like bc/B's or they just trying to rip folks off. Seems there costs are about 4x those of others. I should've read the reviews. Ugh.
Kelsey Seybold Downtown Houston is a quick and convenient clinic. I’ve been there 3 times and have been seen immediately. Provider was very thorough and made sure that none of the rxs I needed would counteract with my regular meds.
