This review is not about Dr. Kaminska herself, but rather about her scheduling and coordination team.
I have the highest regard for Dr. Kaminska and her treatment approach. She is an exceptional physician, and my concerns are not related to the quality of care she provides. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative team managing appointments.
The scheduling process has been extremely frustrating. Appointments are changed without proper communication, and the coordination team is nearly impossible to reach. Multiple phone calls have gone directly to voicemail, and emails often go unanswered. In my case, I sent at least six emails requesting confirmation of an appointment and did not even receive acknowledgment.
To make matters worse, patients may be marked as having missed appointments despite the lack of communication from the office. I am attaching screenshots of my email correspondence as evidence of my attempts to contact the team.
I sincerely hope this feedback reaches Dr. Kaminska, as I believe it is important for a world-class physician to have a reliable and responsive coordination team. Poor administrative support can undermine an otherwise excellent patient experience and may leave patients with no choice but to seek care elsewhere.
I hope these issues are addressed for the benefit of current and future patients.
I had a great experience with Krystal Weiand during my dermatology appointment. She was very thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns, and helped me put together a treatment plan for my keloids that made me feel comfortable and informed. I appreciated how attentive and professional she was throughout the visit. Highly recommend.
Very friendly reception. She was able to help me fill out the questionnaire cuz I had some questions. The only thing I didn't like was the signing of all the consent forms. But I guess that's what was required. In meeting Dr Kaminska, she was very pleasant and was listening to my concern about my diagnosis. She explained what my treatment would be and further steps to take to improve my situation. Also l want to thank Angel who was so patient and kind and helping me to send an email for some reason I was having a hard time sending it.
Amazing experience with Dr.Kaminska herself. She was friendly, professional, thorough and explained all treatment and possible future interventions if necessary. Beautiful and clean offices in the northside and downtown as well
Amazing service, I didn’t feel rushed with Dr Krystal. She explained everything thoroughly and was patient enough to elaborate and explain the process and everything I had questions about. I have began a treatment and will be back, I am excited to see the results from her treatment. Highly recommend her and this dermatology practice.

She takes the time to listen, asks the right questions, and explains every option clearly so you actually understand what is happening with your skin. No rushing, no dismissing concerns, just thoughtful and personalized care every single visit.
You can tell this practice is run with intention and excellence. I trust Dr. Kaminska completely and will remain loyal to her for as long as I have skin 😂. If you are looking for a dermatologist who is brilliant, compassionate, and runs an incredibly smooth practice, look no further. This is the one.
‘Twas a wonderful experience. The entire staff including Dr. K was amazing. It was a quick and efficient appointment. I paid for parking for an hour and was in-and-out in 20 minutes after inquiring about multiple skin-related issues. Dr. K’s undeniable expertise and confidence put me at ease as a patient. She knows her stuff. 10/10
