First time ever having surgery, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the entire staff was. From the CNAs to the RNs and doctors, everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. A special shoutout to Nurses Naila and Joseph, who were absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous going into my first surgery, but they both made me feel so comfortable, safe, and cared for. They were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and took the time to answer my questions and ease my anxiety. Their kindness truly made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a scary experience feel so positive. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received.

Had my second colonoscopy recently. The staff and procedure couldn't have been better. • Waiting room time: great, about 20 minutes • nurses helping with prep: great personalities making me feel both well taken care of and in happy high spirits • I think 3, maybe 4 nurses total getting me prepped, fast and efficient without feeling rushed. And with very upbeat personalities. • Dr Kaung visited to do a quick chat about what was going to happen and adress any questions. • wait time in the holding station was short, 10-15 min tops. I was glad they have me a blanket is was a bit chilly in that gown! • wheeled into the procedure room: a quick chat to ensure I was the correct person and to confirm my procedure. • 20 minutes later I came to back in the holding room feeling great. I'm a fan of Kaiser and this added to that feeling.

Always greeted with a smile and some of the employees know me by name, before they see my identification. Warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the facility on every floor. I saw Dr. David Arthur Benton and his nurse Ms. Dee on today, (6/29/2026). They're two wonderful and charming individuals. Attentive, caring, asking questions and taking the time to listen to your answers. Very attentive to my needs at today's visit. Matterfactly, the Physical Medicine department is quite a fantastic group of people. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 10 with a bit over the bar to a 12. I'm most appreciative and thankful for having them be my care team. Thank you Kaiser West Los Angeles for this beautiful team.

Had my second US today. Very impressed with the efficiency. I was seen early both times. The process was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The US tech was amazing. I had Adrineh both times and she even remembered me. She was very thorough, explained everything and was so nice. The first one was an urgent visit but she put me at ease. Great experiences

I had a wonderful experience at Kaiser Urgent Care thanks to Vaverlyn Lopez. From the very first moment, Ms. Lopez greeted me warmly as the first point of contact. She was kind, welcoming, and immediately helped ease my anxiety. Throughout my visit, she remained patient, attentive, and very helpful, making sure all of my needs were met and that I felt supported during a vulnerable time. I also want to acknowledge the nurse who took my vitals. She was equally kind and gentle, and she truly took the time to listen to me. I felt heard and respected, and she made the process comfortable and reassuring. Both of them showed genuine compassion and professionalism, and their care made a stressful urgent care visit much easier to get through. I’m very grateful for their kindness and the way they treated me with respect and understanding.

I had a great experience at Kaiser- West LA. The medical team was highly professional and caring. On the day of my procedure I was a bit nervous going in, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery was better than I expected.🙏🏾 Afterwards, I felt well-supported and the follow-up care by Dr. Lansdowne was outstanding. Every nurse, doctor and staff I interacted with treated me with care, respect and kindness. They made sure I understood my treatment every step of the way. The facility was clean, organized, and ran efficiently. I’m very grateful for the level of care I received.

I had a very comforting experience at Kaiser urgent care the other day. From check-in to discharge, everything was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the nurse who was kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Grateful for the care I received. I feel so much better already. thank you Kaiser.

I saw Dr. Kalioundji in the Physical Medicine department on 4/14/2026. He is an awesome physician who listens to your concerns and answers all of your questions. I asked him to explain some information from my medical records in layman’s terms and he did an excellent job with explaining my concerns. He spent ample time with me and I was able to get all my questions answered. His nurse, LaKisha was very helpful and nice as well. The only reason I gave my review 4 stars is due to the absurd parking policy that Kaiser has recently implemented. Disabled parking should be free for all Handicapped spaces on the campus and not just the few located outside of the parking structures. Also, since Kaiser wants patients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment, they should give more than 60 minutes of free parking to their patients. Most doctors do not see their patients within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Now patients are having to spend an additional $10 for parking. This is really unfair to people who visit their loved ones in the hospital. Kaiser needs to do better with comprehensive quality of treatment for all their patients.
