This locations treatment staff are great.
I will consider my options going forward. I realized this next thing. I was advised against going to Sunbet or any other "financial payment program" from my friend who works in a role at his sister's dental office, not a part of Jefferson.
Bottom line. Before I left the dental center, I asked about billing, and that process. I was told that they will call to discuss this with me.
I know good and well that I am likely not going to get a phone call. This billing person has knowledge that I am a long income adult getting insurance assistance from Medicare through United Healthcare. Match my energy.

I went into Jefferson dental on June 12th. I had a great experience. As far as dentists are concerned, they replaced the filling for me, they cleaned my teeth, they prepared me for my partial, and they did this all-in-one sitting, and I didn't have to wait long. To be seen, they even saw me on their lunch time, which was very kind of them because they didn't have to. I truly appreciate them and their service. And I plan ongoing back to them, they were very gentle with me.

This is my 2nd time going for a tooth extraction (wisdom) teeth. Today the lady doctor did amazing! She was very gentle and was mindful. I’m very pleased with my work with Jefferson dental

Honestly the best service I've ever had. I was so scared and they were so helpful with how much anxiety I had. Went for dental care last week after not seeing a dentist in over 13 years! I got bells paulsy 13 years ago and still suffer from pain and paralysis in my face.
Had multiple fillings put in the same day along with a mod cleaning.
Best decision ever. I practically have a brand new smile 😁 All was great when I left the office until the numbness left. The only thing I didn't like is that I called the next day due to the amount of pain I was in and they just blew me off like I was lying.
They was very helpful my anxiety was through the roof I was so scared but they all made me feel comfortable!! I'll definitely go back . I found a good dentist finally and comfortable with them thank you to Xue , Tu and Lis !!! Front desk girls as well
