I had bilateral hip replacements done three months apart, and I can honestly say the experience was amazing both times. There is a bit of a wait, but that’s completely understandable for a clinic of this size.
Dr. Kreuzer, P.A. Lancaster, and the entire staff made both procedures feel fast, smooth, and stress-free. The care I received was exceptional from start to finish. I especially want to thank the nurses—Kathia, who always took the time to answer my questions with patience and kindness, and I believe her name was Chelsie as well—both were wonderful.
Overall, my experience was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you, Dr. K, P.A. Lancaster, and the entire staff for taking such great care of me. I am truly grateful.
I consider the entire inov8 team to be excellent. They have supported and guided me throughout my recovery process. I am very grateful for the care and work they did on my hip; I am also very thankful to the staff who supported me before and after the surgery, as they helped me stay calm and kept me from feeling nervous. The doctors did an excellent job, and I believe choosing Dr. Kreuzer was a very good decision. I was a bit worried about being at home right after the operation, but the inov8 team kept a close eye on my recovery and answered my questions via their messaging app. Thank you all for your work, and thanks also to the physical therapy team for their help during this process. I am also deeply grateful to Cesar, Clara, and the entire physical therapy team. If anyone were to ask me if I would recommend inov8, I would say yes without hesitation.
A quick review of the progress of recovery on my left knee replacement went smoothly. Kevin answered my questions and said that I was clear to resume full activities and leg exercises, such as the sled and leg press exercises. He also said, per my query, that I could return to snow skiing! I’ve been looking forward to that for several years!
Dr Anthony Gualtieri and the staff at Inov8 were amazing!!! Broke my ankle, and Dr Gualtieri and his staff made me feel a lot better about the process ahead! From pre op, through operation to repair my broken ankle, to post op! I always felt secure I was in the right hands! I highly recommend Inov8 to anyone with orthopedic needs!!

Would have loved to have given a 5 stars because the doctor who gave me the csi injections could/might have been a magician! Probably the most cordial physician/person I’ve ever encountered and I have encountered hundreds of medical professionals and thousands of people of service who worked with me in my 82 years!! Facility was great and staff were completely courteous!! Only problem that I/we (my wife) and I arrived about 730 am (We left Columbus Texas at 6 am to get ahead of all of the commuter traffic going into Houston) so we were quite early - no problem we knew we were going to wait! But the 9Am appointment (because of surgery-emergency I guess) go pushed up to 10 am then on to 11am!! While I realized this was unavoidable, it was difficult for me because walking was painful and more so because I had been off pain med for 2-3 days!! And I felt bad for the young man at check in because he was so apologetic and finally I told him I knew it wasn’t his fault but he had to catch the flak up front!! Anyway outside the multiple delays , the experience was wonderful and I will certainly recommend your organization to others who have knee or hip issues!! Larry Likeover replaced both my knees- left 2016 right 2019! Yall tell him I have worn out that t-shirt I am going to bring it in so he can give me another one!! RGJONES
If I could give 6 stars, I would! I arrived at 10:10am for my 10:20am appt and was called within minutes. We took 3 x-rays and I was already in my room by 10:22am! THEN he talked me out of surgery! I've met my $5k out of pocket, and instead of doing an unnecessary surgery that would cost me nothing, he sent me home with exercises to do. It's refreshing to get an honest opinion and not feel like an opportunity to make money. Dr. Vansadia was very cordial, professional, and listened to my concerns. The facility is very clean and spacious. The staff was attentive. Highly recommended!
After losing 40 lbs., I was excited to meet Dr. Kreuzer wondering if my hip would hold out the 6 weeks til the appt. He told me to lose 35 more lbs. before he would do surgery. I left very down but better today. I WILL do this and be part of his team and with God's grace, see him soon.
His assistant was awesome! The young man at the front desk gave me hope with his kind words.
All in all, a good, professional experience.
I could not have asked for a better place to have my knee replacement surgery! The facility is truly a one stop shop. I had my first appointment, x-rays, surgery, physical therapy, all in the same location— so close to my home. Dr. Kreuzer did a fabulous job on the replacement and the PT department has nothing but skilled therapists that want you to have the best outcome ever. I would recommend it to anyone!
