I have been trying to process how to go about this review.
This practice’s lack of consideration for timeliness is actually the best part. When I arrived and checked in, I could hear the manager talking badly about a patient to someone and then speaking unkindly to a subordinate. Then after the assistant came to get me well past my scheduled time and left the room, I could actually hear her and the doctor making fun of a patient’s complaint, appearance, and demeanor outside of my room. Im sure about this because it went on for several minutes though I can’t be sure they were talking about me. However I’m assuming I was the patient they were mocking because they walked in immediately after, and this was extremely hurtful as my condition is something I’m very insecure about. Then they came into my room all friendly as if they hadn’t been badmouthing me moments before. I naturally felt very uneasy and to make matters worse in the 3 minutes that the doctor was in the room he was dismissive and didn’t even take the time to explain a thing to me. If you want your care to be taken seriously or just want to deal with good/kind people DO NOT GO HERE.
Staff at this location are amazing. They are helpful and friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same day which is appreciated. Dr. Andrew Mastro is knowledgeable while being attentive. Goes without saying everybody has great skin! Definitely coming back.
Dr. Logas and the whole staff are stellar. Streamlined, super personable, and informative. Best dermatology appointment I’ve had with little issues taken care of on the spot and detailed explanations for each concern. I’ll transition over to private practice offices after getting semi-established at Northwestern. It’s a way better experience and not as download this app-focused/phone tree to get to a live person stuff that is so common at larger operations like NW.
Everyone from check in to check out was great. I wish I could remember there names to shout them out but I was Pleased with the exceptional service received. DR. Andrew Mastro was great at keeping me informed and putting me at ease with it being my first full check. Thank you for the exceptional service. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice provider although corporate structure of firm seems to prioritize profits over extending accessible medical care for optimal procedures/treatments. Unsure without seeing their financial statements but from experience across practices — it does seem this way!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Lewitt for three years, and I can’t recommend him enough. After seeing multiple doctors for a skin condition that didn’t improve, he was the one who finally found the treatment that worked for me. It took some time, but he was patient and thorough every step of the way. He always takes the time to answer all my questions, and I never feel rushed. He’s also great at working with my insurance, ensuring everything is processed quickly and smoothly. He’s easy to get an appointment with, and I’ve always had a positive experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring dermatologist who genuinely works with you, Dr. Lewitt is the best.
Dr Lewitt has been my dermatologist for over 10 years and he is great. Very knowledgeable and always finds the best solutions for my skin concerns. He has been able to manage my keloid scars very effectively and has helped me with so many other skin issues. His office is conveniently located in the Chicago Loop and they work very efficiently. I’ve never had to wait. He always takes his time to answer my endless questions. I’ve never get rushed.

One of the best experiences by far. Arriving at the loop office I had the pleasure of meeting Bre, Jess, and Eve who gladly helped me. They had such amazing attitudes as well as answering all questions due to it being my first time at a dermatologist. I recommend 10/10
