I needed a new PCP and was able to get in to see Dr. Gupta right away. The pre-appointment check in online was easy to navigate and the office was easy to find with a lot of parking.
I was greeted by Donna who introduced herself to me and was so sweet and made me feel so welcome. She even offered to print a copy of my insurance card since I’d accidentally brought my old one.
Dr. Gupta was very thorough but efficient and her nurse Melissa was great!
I highly recommend to request Casimir for your blood draw. They were very skilled and made for an absolutely painless needle stick!
This was the best experience with a PCP I’ve had in a long time and I’m happy to continue my care with this office!
The entire process of my medical visit felt incredibly relaxed and pleasant. The doctor was highly professional and exceptionally patient. She provided crystal-clear explanations for all my questions, which gave me a profound sense of reassurance. I had initially felt a bit nervous about the appointment, but she made me feel deeply respected and cared for.
I am so upset about Dr. Cibulka not being there anymore. I hope I can stay with Honor Health medical group because I've been here since it started. I saw a new doctor on Tuesday and I really liked him. Dr. Resendius. Sorry about the spelling. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get to know. And took the time to listen to me. I hope I can continue.
My first experience with HonorHealth was extremely disappointing, especially with Dr. Gupta. In my 35 years, this was one of the most uncaring experiences I have ever had with a doctor.
I previously went to Banner for nearly 10 years and saw Dr. Daniel Wicklow, who was always caring and attentive. Unfortunately, she now has her own practice and does not accept insurance, so I decided to establish care with a new primary doctor at HonorHealth. After researching providers, I chose Dr. Gupta, hoping for a positive experience.
Sadly, that was not the case. It has been two weeks since my appointment, and I still have not received my test results. I also sent a message through MyChart and have not received any response. During the visit, I felt dismissed and like my concerns did not matter.
Because of this experience, I will be looking for another doctor and returning to Banner if possible. My first experience with HonorHealth was very poor, and I would not recommend Dr. Gupta based on how I was treated.
March 13, 2026. After my PCP of 14 years retired in January, I began the search for a new primary doc. In 73 years of living, I learned long ago that all docs are not the same in quality of care, as well as being a good fit for me as a patient, and they as my doc. Through my network of medical professionals, I was referred to Heidi Symons, NP. It would appear at this point that we will work together for my general health needs for the foreseeable future. Heidi is polite, professional, knowledgeable and had reviewed my lengthy medical history records before we met. I appreciate that. Many docs speak down to you, and I don't use them. Heidi speaks with you like a normal person, as it should be done. It is a team effort between doctor, patient and staff, to care for a person. I feel that I am in good hands at this point.
.I loved it. The secretaries were adorable and professional, and the nurse was wonderful as well. I left truly impressed by how amazing this place is. It’s also very convenient because you can take care of several things in the same building at the same time, which saves a lot of time.
Oh my gosh. I really enjoyed my appointment time with doctor Hu. It clearly shows she is knowledgeable about her job and is passionate about learning her patients and providing them all options of care. The office was very well maintained and the staff were friendly. Job well done!
So far, fantastic. I had to find a new primary and chose an Honor Health close to me. From on the phone to in person, the service is top-notch. Nothing worse than an annoyed, dry attitude when dealing with a doctor's office. Not to mention my new doc is a teaching doc so an intern was with us. Love that. Extra bonus was their system runs smoothly. They took me in on time!! Crazy and unheard of, I know.
