The dental care is really great but I have a problem with how they operate. I can't seem to communicate well with them over the phone. They don't always answer the phone when I've called. I've spoken to them about it and they said it's because they are busy at the time I've called. They are working to make it better. However, I'm still satisfied with their dental service. I had an implant done and that went well.

And the receptionist, she has a horrible attitude and subpar customer service skills, and not to mention she barely answers the phone she could literally be sitting on the phone and won’t answer it ! Every member of the team is extremely polite and professional and the dentist (outstanding)and the dental assistant are absolutely excellent.
