They don’t do emergency extractions. The nurses and receptionist are cool, the dentists in there isn’t friendly they only go by their job and not reason. Matter fact I had a root canal once before there a few years back, and woke up with a extra tooth missing. The Wisdom to be exact

Avoid this dentist at all costs. I came in for an X-ray and was told I needed a filling, maybe a root canal. The dentist went ahead with the filling. A few days later, I was in excruciating pain—the entire right side of my face and my ear were throbbing. The pain was so severe I had to go to Brookdale hospital for a second opinion. After taking an X-ray, the hospital doctors informed me that the filling was too large and the dentist had actually hit the nerve. Even the strong pain medications the hospital gave me couldn't stop the pain. When I went back to this dental office to speak with the dentist who did the work, he refused to come out and talk to me. This place caused me completely unnecessary agony and showed zero accountability. Do not go here. They responded back to my review the dentist never told me none of that he told me I had a big cavity that’s all, and as a dentist why would you put a filling so deep that it’s touching a nerve that’s where the pain came from … also saying that he informed me that I would need a root canal but still did a filling as a dentist you should know what needs to be done and what not to do …..the response back to my review makes no sense and I will be getting me a lawyer I also read some of the other reviews and I’m not the first this happen to , yall have cameras in there hope yall can prove the dentist gave me all that information because he did not

First All The Dental Office is Absolutely Beautiful especially for the pediatric part. The front desk woman is so nice and understanding. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Yesterday, 6/25/2026, I had to go to another dentist office to get my T18 tooth removed at 28 years old because this dentist office did not take my emergency seriously at all. I believe my visit with him was on April 26 2026. They scheduled me for dates that I specifically told him I couldn’t make, and both of those dates were at least two weeks after the visit. They also said that I absolutely had to use the specific doctor that had done my raising clean my teeth, even though I didn’t even come for that. I could’ve gotten a root canal or even a crown when I had a smaller hole in that tooth. I kept pushing for them to please handle my emergency within the week or the week after because I would not be around and it was also an emergency and I was in excruciating pain. About a week after that visit, that hole cracked into a crater with almost no perimeter instead of it just being a hole that could’ve been filled. Other than the inside of my cheek having been cut up for at least a month, I’ve been in pain so bad that I was ready to hurt myself or even hurt other people. Sometimes the pain would be so bad that all I could do was sit still, and try not to clinch up because even though I could take the pain, my body itself couldn’t and some of the time I would just have to sit on my bed and try to keep my body from jolting and shaking. But I didn’t want to project my pain and agitation, so I bit the bullet as hard as I could until yesterday. I had to live off of pain pills and medication for at least two months and almost messed up my body doing so. I’ve been in and out of different emergency rooms that wouldn’t help me and THIS time place was the only dentist that would take my insurance at the time until yesterday. I found a different dentist office and they handled my situation with haste. The main doctor that did my extraction surgery said that she was very sad as a professional dentist to have to do an extraction on such a healthy tooth which is also, might I add, the reason why it was such a struggle for her to get it out because for the most part, it was a healthy tooth and that’s the only tooth that I’ve ever had any trouble with in my life ever. I hadn’t had trouble with that tooth since the seventh grade. The tooth was very much savable and it’s a shame that this dentist office did not take my situation seriously at all. I really can’t even believe that I’m missing one of my permanent teeth, even if it is the very back one. Now I have to get an implant. At least it’s not one of my limbs, but… the neglect is real. I know that nobody gives a damn, but I still figured I’d just share my story and hopefully other people have a better experience than I had with this place.

Both root canals kept getting infected again and again, and every time I went back they told me there was “nothing to do.” Meanwhile, I was suffering. Because the infections were not properly treated, things kept getting worse until my sinus tooth became infected too. The swelling, the pressure, the pain—nothing felt normal. It was so bad that I needed sedation, and I ended up in the hospital, scared for my life. I honestly felt like I could die from how severe the infection was. No young person should ever go through this from a dental office. Their careless work left me in constant pain, emotionally drained, and now I have to spend even more money to fix teeth that should never have been damaged in the first place. This is my honest experience, and I’m sharing it so no one else has to go through what I went through.
