I have been getting on-and-off acne and some melasma since pregnancy, so I finally decided to get it checked and visited this clinic. The front office staff checked me in well, and I was taken to the room promptly.
But the consultation itself was extremely disappointing. The moment Dr. Paul walked in, it felt like he was already ready to leave. He was impatient, barely looked at my skin, and didn’t even properly examine or touch the areas of concern. There were no questions about when it started, what triggers it, whether it fluctuates, pregnancy history, or if it may improve over time.
The only “solution” prescribed was sunscreen which I already use daily and a topical retinoid. The entire appointment felt rushed and dismissive. I was in and out within 10 minutes and charged $140 for it.
It’s honestly disheartening when you go in hoping to feel heard and guided, only to feel like just another rushed appointment. I truly wish I had skipped it. For the time and money spent, I would’ve rather gone to a cosmetology or skincare clinic where at least the experience feels personalized and worthwhile.
I took my father in for them to look at a bump on his face and determine if it needed to be treated. The front desk person didn't smile when I walked up with him - just asked for his name and co-pay. We waited 25 minutes to be taken to an exam room. The woman asked us why we were there and we told her. She was abrupt and never smiled. We waited another 10 minutes for the doctor. Brian (PA) was very nice and answered my dad's questions. On the way out, the girl at the exit, who also never smiled, told us were good to go. The only other person who was friendly there was another doctor on our way out. And yes, I smiled at everyone when we came in and everything someone came into the room and said Hi. Perhaps everyone got some bad news that morning? Or is it an attitude from the top down? Not sure but I really wouldn't want to take my dad back there. However, he has been going himself prior to this time (he is currently disabled) so hopefully they will be friendlier next time.
I remember coming here and the doctor seemed dismissive and honestly like he couldn't wait to leave as soon as he came in I actually think he was in the room for actually about 25 seconds. I came in for acne and had given them no information and he comes in and then tells me what i need and didnt even ask if I had any questions just told me "this is what they are gonna set you up ,with alright bye" Felt completely missed. Not what I want from any sort of healthcare. I don't remember what his name was.
I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE PATIENTS TO TRUST THEIR INSTINCTS, ADVOCATE FOR THEIR CONCERNS & FOLLOW UP DIRECTLY ON ANY BIOPSY RESULTS!
During my visit, I requested removal of two moles that were concerning to me. I was told they “looked fine” and removal was initially declined. I explained that they were bothering me and that I wanted them removed, only after I persisted were they taken off.
The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The physician appeared frustrated, rolled his eyes, and left the room without clearly communicating next steps before returning to proceed. I felt as though I was interrupting his time, which made it difficult to feel that my concerns were being taken seriously.
One of those lesions was later diagnosed as melanoma. I was never contacted directly about these results and instead found out through a certified letter stating that attempts had been made to reach me. I do not show any texts, email or calls other than to confirm the appointment.
The required surgical removal was significant and resulted in a large incision and severe scarring. I was not prepared for the extent of the procedure or recovery until the I walked into the removal appointment. This had a real impact on my daily life as I was unable to drive home or take care of my young children without help.
I would not recommend this provider or location based on my experience. Not all patients will feel comfortable pushing back or advocating for themselves, and situations like this raise concern that serious conditions could be overlooked or not clearly communicated.
Terrible practice. First off, the doctor didn’t bother to read my chart and started diagnosing me from the doorway despite my having chronic health conditions. I was willing to tolerate it though because my skin care is stable and I just need someone to approve refills of my medication. Unfortunately this practice doesn’t seem capable of doing that. Pharmacy contacted them multiple times as did I without anyone returning the call or approving the script. I had to drive over only to be told that, on Fridays where they are open all day, they don’t have any providers or nurses in that can approve the medication. Turns out my provider is no longer even with the practice which no one bothered to tell me. I’m also told the practice manager will call me who also isn’t in on Fridays. Then I was told they spoke to the manager, who supposedly wasn’t in, and reiterated they’d call but that has not happened and I still don’t have medication I need. Don’t waste your time here.
I arrived twenty minutes early for my appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The procedure was performed professionallyand painlessly The doctor was pleasant and informative. So far I would have no hesitation in referring others to this practice.

I opened the door and right away I experienced a joyful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to serve me. The doctor was thorough and kind. Intial visit was guick and hassel free. Top notch office. Thank you.
I had an appointment today because of a little area on my nose. I did ask a couple of other about skin reactions and I felt like my appointment was a waste of their time. Was told to try a medication for hives but left without a prescription. Maybe I misunderstood? Spent maybe 5 minutes with the PA. The front office staff and nurse were congenial. Looks like most of the responses from the office are from 4 and 5 star reviews.
