They accept walk ins Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm. Please bring ID and medical cards. If you don’t have your medical card please have print outs of proof of insurance unless you’re paying out of pocket. They were professional over the phone and even better in person. I came in because I thought I had an abscess. The assistants and dentist were helpful, informative and came up with a plan that will help me. Honestly their professionalism and knowledge helped me feel comfortable about getting an extraction. I will be bringing my children here.

I’ve been coming to Elite Dental Park West for about three years now, and unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined over time. Over the past year and a half, every visit (about every six months), there has been a new dentist each time. The appointments often feel rushed—like they’re just trying to get you in and out—without taking the time to properly answer questions or address concerns. That alone has been frustrating, especially as a long-term patient. The professionalism of the staff has also become a major issue. During my most recent visit last week, there was noticeable bickering among staff while I was in the room getting X-rays done. They were openly gossiping about coworkers quitting and arguing over responsibilities. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional to witness as a patient. Although one staff member did apologize, the overall environment felt chaotic. I also overheard front desk staff discussing internal employee issues (she must of been a manger or supervisor) which should never happen in a professional setting. I do want to acknowledge that there is one front desk staff member who has consistently been kind, patient, and helpful—especially with me and my children. She is the only reason I continued to give this location multiple chances. She sits at the very front as soon as you walk in.(Lightskin woman) However, after my last three visits, I can honestly say this will be my final time at this location. I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but the experience continues to get worse. The level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a healthcare environment. I do like the company overall, so I may try a different location—but this specific office needs serious improvement, and the staff as a whole should be reevaluated.

I would give negative-10 if I could. So apparently you have to confirm your appointment 20times before your visit they call you 2 mins the day before to confirm so that if you miss the call they are closed when you call back and automatically cancel your appointment on a Sat. They are incompetent to not verify insurance prior to your visit if you know that Sat visits are difficult to verify insurance information why don’t you verify 1 of the 10 times you call to confirm the appointment. I hate when you have to tell people how to do their job or lack of. they have the Worst process in place and they would not last if they were in an affluent mass affluent neighborhood. They do waste people time and they are not held accountable for doing a bare minimum task.

The place use to be great years ago. It seems like some of the receptionists are the main foundation of the place when you do really need experienced dentists as well. My daughter came in with no pain prior to the visit, received a small filling, and left with extreme pain that lasted for days! We’ve walked in for an emergency visit following the weekend of suffering to just be thrown aside despite the fact. I officially hate this office.

Not ideal for autistic adults. Unless you're high masking or able to provide any sensory accommodations you might need, they have no idea how to deal with autistic adults. Even after mentioning it at 3 separate appointments, they also don't seem to WANT to improve the experience of autistic adults. So, I'd recommend going somewhere else if you have high sensory needs.

Every time we come the wait time is ridiculous! Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30,3 and 3:30. We we have still not been seen and it’s 4:45! They called another family to the back after us. But the dentist went in there room first. They need a better system with the process of seeing patients.
