The level of detail and intentional care Dr. Henry and her team provide is unmatched. I consistently leave my visits feeling empowered, informed, and aligned with my desired results.
What stands out most is her ability to clearly explain the “why” behind every recommendation. That clarity allows me to make confident decisions about my skincare and has shifted my visits from “help me” to proactive maintenance and long-term optimization.

I flew in from South Carolina to meet with Dr. Henry concerning a matter. I first heard of her after scrolling on TV about 6-7 months ago and the topic she was discussing was a topic of great interest to me. My daughter lives in Queens so I decided to book an appointment and have my daughter attend with me. Upon meeting Dr. Henry, she was a consummate professional. I learned so much also to actually hear her verbalize her process. She kept it very professional however easy to discuss my concerns. I was thrilled with my visit. Plus her proposal to locate colleagues closer to me geographically that I not need to travel often to NYC( she is expense conscious)
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The space is absolutely beautiful — clean, calming, and welcoming. The staff was exceptional, and I truly can’t express enough how wonderful everyone was. The customer service was superior from beginning to end, and I felt cared for throughout the entire experience.
Dr. Henry performed my RF microneedling treatment, and she made me feel completely comfortable and informed during the session. As a Black woman, it meant so much to be treated by another Black woman who understood both my skin concerns and the importance of making me feel safe and confident throughout the process.
By the end of the appointment, I was honestly emotional — almost to tears — because I felt so hopeful and excited about my skincare journey. Thank you to Dr. Henry and the entire team for such an amazing experience. I’m looking forward to my results and returning for future treatments

I had my follow-up appointment yesterday, 4/1/26 & once again, 10/10 across the board. My skin has improved so much since being under Dr. Henry’s care & I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve recommended her to several friends & coworkers. Even my dad is now a patient!
Dr. Michelle F. Henry is truly the dermatologist I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease & confident in her care. She doesn’t take a "one size fits all" approach—she listens, educates & explains everything thoroughly, especially when it comes to skin of color.
As a Black woman, it means SO much to have a dermatologist who understands both the science & the lived experience of my skin. She is professional, compassionate & truly a “skin whisperer.”

Giving 4 stars because I'm a new patient so my experience is limited. So far so good though. The office is super clean, the front desk receptionist is really kind and orderly, and the intake process is also very organized. I was able to discuss what I needed to with Dr. Henry and together we are working on my care.
I cannot recommend Dr. Henry highly enough. Experiencing hair thinning is incredibly stressful, but she instantly made me feel at ease. Unlike other doctors who rush through appointments and barely examine your scalp, Dr. Henry took the time to genuinely listen, thoroughly examine my scalp, and explain the next steps in the process. She patiently answered all of my questions, I finally feel confident and hopeful about my hair health. If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable, empathetic dermatologist, look no further.
I've been coming to Dr. Henry for the past two years and I love her. Her expertise in everything skin and discoloration, hair thinning is beyond refreshing. She is knowledgeable and makes me feel heard. I have even started bringing my teenage daughter who's been dealing with acne. Since my daughter has started seeing her my daughter's face has improved significantly. Her staff is also very lovely and professional they also remember you which makes you feel a sense of belonging and care . They really take the extra time to look at you and remember you . This says alot about the type of people who works for Dr. Henry. I would recommend coming here if you've had questions about your skin and feel you haven't gotten the answers you deserve.
Dr. Henry and the team at Skin and Aesthetic Surgery were outstanding. The automated system for pre-visit was very efficient. Service was timely and everything was explained. The medical assistants were very engaging and Dr. Henry was thorough in her followup and review. Excellent experience - highly recommended.
