Absolutely unacceptable experience. My mom and I waited nearly two hours for her scheduled appointment, only to watch multiple patients who arrived after us get called back in less wait time. No one gave us a clear explanation, and we were left sitting there wondering if we had simply been disregarded.
It’s incredibly disrespectful to treat patients this way. Everyone’s time is valuable, especially when they’re taking time off work or bringing family members to appointments. If you’re running behind or prioritizing patients for a specific reason, communicate that.
This office seriously needs to improve its scheduling, organization, and communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone. If you value your time and expect to be treated with basic respect, you may want to look elsewhere. I find it hard to believe that the wait time here isn’t long at all, according to other experiences people had.
Every single time I have an appointment at Dental Dreams, I end up waiting over two hours. Today was the last straw.
I waited with my children for two hours, only to finally get called to the back. Then one of the employees came and told me I was needed at the front desk, where they informed me that my appointment had to be rescheduled.
How do you make someone wait that long, call them back, and then tell them they can't be seen? It's completely disrespectful of people's time, especially when they have children with them.
The customer service is terrible, and there seems to be no regard for patients' schedules. I will never return to this office and would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable dental care.
Very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was left sitting in the dental chair for 45 minutes while staff continuously walked back and forth without once checking on me or acknowledging my presence. At no point did anyone ask how I was doing or provide any update, which made me feel completely overlooked and disregarded. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable in a professional setting, and I expect better communication and basic courtesy toward patients.
I LOVE this place, the Wait was not long at all and when they called me in i was greeted by the sweetest woman her name was jasmine she made sure i was comfortable and recievd the treatment that i needed, Dr Ricky Who was the one that díd my extraction was very helpful he made me feel safe and made sure i left happy not to mention he did an incredible job and it was super fast
I used to bring my whole family here. But the staffs and place so horrible. Schedule my appointment and remind me about 5 times regarding our appointment just to come sit and wait for many hours to be seen. How many patients they scheduled appointments on the same time Frame??? Only my dad goes here now, I’m ready to pull him out from this facility. Horrible I didn’t miss this place not one bit after sat here with my dad waiting to be seen.
This was absolutely the worst experience. They made me wait in the room for hours while they were in the back talking loudly and on their phones instead of doing their jobs. When they finally came in, they started working and then walked away to talk to other coworkers, leaving me there. The staff was extremely loud and unprofessional. I couldn’t believe how poorly this was handled.
This place is so full of it okay they try to run up your insurance as well service is super slow. I literally walked out after waiting three hours two hours out front with an appointment by the way.I was in the back for an hour and all they did was X-ray I had to walk out because I had to get my 2 year old at the time. My appointment was in the morning I walked out in the afternoon then try to tell how you your care should be done. They only care about the money not the people and it shows so horrible. Save your money,time and energy they actually don't care about what you want done only about money no real care.
They tend to switch up your doctor alot. Usually isn't the same person and they've made a problem I had worse... Something else is wrong with there system or something technical because it seems they don't update it or something.
